  Lenny hooked me up with all 4 new tires alignment and fixed my tire pressure sensor. His crew installed professionally and quickly 4 tires mounted balanced and aligned i was out the door in less than an hour. Thanks!!

  I made an 8:00 AM appointment on a Monday for a simple oil change. My car wasn’t even taken in until 8:30 AM, and only after I had to speak with a supervisor. By 9:00 AM, the tires were finally off for rotation and the oil had been drained—but that’s it. The pace here is painfully slow for what should be routine work. An oil change and tire rotation should not take this long, especially with an early appointment. There are plenty of other shops that can complete this service in 30 minutes or less. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I had a flat tire and I agreed to purchase two new front tires and asked the rears to be evaluated. They called me while working on it saying they had already replaced all four (without my okay) and they said I needed new break pads on all four as well. I specifically asked for pictures to be taken of the tires and break pads to confirm they needed to be replaced and my request was completely ignored. I feel scammed. Upon arrival at the shop they said they threw away all the old parts so there was “nothing they could do.” I refused to leave until the showed me and still they only brought out one break pad claiming in belonged to one of my rears. For all I know they could’ve pulled that off any Lexus they had in the shop that day. As a female I never trust mechanics and this is why! They skipped calling me to confirm replacing all four tires, and ignored my simple request to have pictures taken of my worn parts. No respect. Will not be returning.

He goes beyond merely addressing my issues; he proactively anticipating my needs and providing solutions by offering examples of pricing ver quality, Mr Lenny showed genuine care and understanding of my concerns Furthermore, he explained a deep understanding of the products, offered accurate information and guidance. Ultimately, the customer service experience I received I will refer my friends and family to this location..Many thanks to you Mr Lenny.

  STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I do not know where to start. I chose to take my business to this location after receiving a price match on the tires I wanted for my truck. After bringing the aftermarket rims to this location with the tires at the shop, my vehicle was not pulled into the bay about 6 hours later. Granted I did not have an appointment. Though my previous experience with an appointment here in the past granted me an excruciating 4 hour wait for a simple service regardless. After waiting 6 hours I get a call stating the lug nuts I brought in do not fit. That was admittedly a mistake of mine. In that process I was appreciative at least of the gesture that they will order the correct ones for me. This did not happen until the next day unfortunately. They ordered the correct lug nuts and they did not arrive until 5 hours later from the nearest auto part store, a process that should usually take an hour to two. I decided after the long wait I do not want to proceed with the service. I arrived at the store with hopes of picking up my truck and taking my business elsewhere. When I arrived, they were in the process of installing my rims and tires after we agreed I will not be doing service here. Being frustrated and time stricken, I decided to go ahead with it. It was not until a couple of hours later but they informed me they did not order enough lug nuts for my rims and will have to order more the next day. So I reluctantly said ok and left my truck another day at the shop. The next morning I called at 8 AM and over the next 3 hours they tried to find more lug nuts for me but to no avail. So I took it upon myself to find them on my own, and within 20 minutes I was able to do so. I arrived to the shop with the same exact lug nuts they purchased for me the previous day, only to be rejected service because the store manager said that they will not install the remaining 4 because they apparently do not fit the truck, even though the service manager himself installed the first 20 with no problem and had me be without a vehicle for another day with promises of ordering more the next day. So after being defeated I rejected their service officially and exclaimed I will take my service elsewhere. Now, the store manager is having the audacity to charge me 50$ for a mount and dismount. Having arrived and leaving with zero service done and being without a vehicle for 3 days, I was appalled. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. You will be met with rude and inconsiderate employees and unimaginable wait times.
