The place told me to take it back to the location that did it last. I had video proof that they tightened it too much. Paid them $130 for the oil change, but the filter couldn’t be changed. I came in and explained everything that day and my god could they care less about a problem they caused. Arranged for me to come in today. They had my car for more than 5 hours. Finally my car was ready and when I was checking out they decided to charge me $120. So it cost me $250 for a stupid oil change. Never coming back. Customer service sucks. I’m steering everyone I can away from this location.

Cassio and Hector were able to get me the best prices and were very helpful. Jimmy and Johnny stayed late to make sure my Truck was done and able for me to take it today. Highly recommend this location.

- SPSteve PolandOct 30, 20251.0Waited 10 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment. When arriving at 5pm and asking if truck was ready they simply looked and said nope still on lift. Not caring the vehicle was there since 9am. Left truck with oily hand prints and scratches on hood. Then at 5pm found out they could not rotate tires due to custom wheels. Even called multiple time to check in.
