  JT and Hector were very helpful and delivered a great experience. JT got us a good deal on 4 new Firestone tires and they combined to finish our car when estimated.

  As I sit in the lobby at 4pm with a 3pm appointment. I watched the most incompetent management. Then at 4:30 Lenny says my car is ready they fixed the slow leak . I went to tip the mechanic and was told he didn’t fix it because of dry rot . Ok so Lenny has no communication with his mechanic. I need a new tire . No problem I left . Called Lenny and told him I would replace all 3 to match because they were old and starting to show dry rot . He rushed me off the phone telling me he would call me back in 5 minutes, he never called me back . I went to Tilden one mile away and was in and out in half hour . If u the owner is the mr apology I suggest you spend some time at your business.

  After going to three different tire shops in the area, and refusing to patch a screw that I have on my tire because the staff I wanted to go home. understanding my sense of urgency, Lenny at TK was the only one to help me under this tough conditions. Thanks Lenny

  Lenny provided 5 star service. He was quick to collect my information, was able to confirm my service and when I arrived my car was already checked in and ready for service! In addition he offered a $35 discount promo for luxury SUV’s - all in I would return without any hesitation!

  Amazing experience. I had a blowout in my Jaguar and needed help. I brought it here and got nothing but 5+ star service. Rudy the general manager and Lenny helped me find th right fit. They took my car right away found the perfect tires put them on BALANCE them. Also, I suggested to do a service on the car and I picked it up later in the afternoon and it was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better scenario based on the situation, I was in. If you have any tire needs or car needs, please call the tire kingdom on Northlake Boulevard. Tell them I sent you.
