- LSLilly SnellNov 13, 20251.0I took my Mini Cooper into Lonnie’s they were supposed to have put in a new CAS module computer and when I picked it up they didn’t even have my key fob that was like new. Instead they handed me some old key fob and said that the other was no good anymore! I drove it for one day and it started driving horribly. I took it back to them after my Newphew who owns a chain of transmission shops in Atlanta had to call them and talk to them! After I took it back I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix the problem. After that horrible experience I had with them. Now a year and a few months now the same part is broken. The new mechanic said they probably put in a used one. Now it’s broke again and I paid them almost 1900.00 for a new computer module not some used one! My mechanic said they should get me a new one so he can put it in. They refused to and now I’m taking them to Court! Beware and do not go to them! Especially if your a women they treat you with no respect!

Many of them were recommended by co-workers but they were not sufficient. One place down the street from Lonny’s never called me about my car and I couldn’t reach them by phone. I had a co-worker drive me to get my car at 3:45 and they were not there but their website said closed at 5:00. My car was unlocked and no one was around. Thankfully I had another key fab so took my car from the lot. When I picked up my keys the owner shrugged his shoulders. Lonny’s is clean and very professional!! If you wait for your car they provide snacks and assorted drinks. It’s more like a dealership with its amenities. My car was an older model Mazda and needed more work than I expected so I purchased a new vehicle when I left there. I will patronize this business and recommend it to my friends, co- workers and family. Thank you for a great experience, Gail
