  They charged $60 as a notice for parking there after they had already charged the credit card $7 twice. Plus we had parking validated by Maggianos. All of the restaurants and stores in Pointe Orlando will be negatively impacted if they continue to use Metropolis parking as their current provider or unless they change something about the current system they are using. What they have done is completely messed up. They even mailed photos of our license plate to our house after we were charged twice. They charged $60 notice for what would have only been a $6 parking fee. This company is horrible to say the least.

  Worse parking experience I’ve ever had in my life. Gate was open I parked in garage and went to eat then while leaving gate would not open even when I made a account (with no warning of you needing to download a app to park) so I had to call the support service and they opened the gate . A week later they sent me a bill for $60 . I was parked for 1hr 18mins.

  I want to share my experience with Metropolis parking. I find this company to be a total scam. I will admit that I was not aware that the previous parking payment system had changed to this scamming system. First, there are no signs to inform patrons of what the base rate is for parking. I was there for about 2 hours. When I went back to the car, I noticed the sign about registering to pay. I immediately called the help number, as I was driving a rental car which is not registered to me, & in my state, you cannot register a rental car for any purpose. I must have spoken to at least five people simply trying to pay for my parking via my credit card. Finally, I spoke with Josh, who explained that the base rate is $8.00 for three hours. However, according to Josh, I was being charged $10.04. When I asked why I was being charged more than the base rate, especially since I was there for less than 3 hours, he mentioned a service charge. After going round & round with Josh, getting nowhere, I was transferred again for the 3rd time, this time to Taylor, who said my parking charge had been canceled by her. There would be no charge, which I did not believe after reading the previous reviews. Not even 40 minutes later, my credit card is charged by Metropolis for $10.00. Again, I am not opposed to paying what I owe, but I am opposed to untruthful/deceitful practices. So, if anyone from Metropolis reads this review, you are on notice that if I receive any erroneous bills/citations/notices of payment, however you want to word it, I will seek legal action, as you have already been paid.

  Parking garage charges your card 3 times for 1 entry. Park somewhere else if possible.

  Diabolical payment system will try to never go again. After 5 attempts at paying with app finally went through drove to exit long line then gate just opens with no check if paid.
