They literally “lost” our car for over 30 minutes, were asking us what our license place was LOL! Of course livid, we requested the manager who finally showed up 20 minutes later. He proceeded to argue with us about being reasonable when our car was finally delivered. I had to check my driving logs and access via my app to make certain someone wasnt joy riding in my wife’s car. When I asked the manager (twice) what he was going to do about the situation, his answer was “I can’t do anything other than find your car”. Pathetic, unprofessional, and inexperienced - if you are driving anything you care about, I would not leave it to these rookies. We’ve warned our friends, you should as well.

Then last year they brought in Metropolis to handle the payments with a phone app. It sucks!!!!! It is difficult to process and the garage system is tied to the valet system which didn’t even honor the restaurant validation. I will Uber to the Pointe Orlando before using this parking system again, OR, just go to restaurants that are NOT LOCATED AT THE POINTE ORLANDO. I hope the restaurants are satisfied with their conference customers because of this parking system crap!!!
