- DSDavid SmithNov 12, 20252.0Took my Riverside retro to have the entire roof replaced. Was not told my bathroom vent was brittle and cracking until I went to pick it up. Since they reinstalled the old one replacing that will now cost me the added labor of having it removed again. When I got my camper home I noticed three small places where the brand new membrane had been scraped through to the wood also caulking not done neatly around the area in front where it's visible, just gooped all over the place and is very unsightly. Returning tomorrow with the trailer will report on how I was treated. As a follow up. The membrane was repaired at my expense however they did Cover labor to replace the bathroom vent fan. Cracked trim cover was replaced Kudos there, and the caulking was smoothed down at least where it was acceptable. This might be a great place to buy a new RV and from the reviews I see I don't doubt it, but if you want your older RV repaired and you want it done right the first time I could not recommend them

Tommy, our technician, delivered an excellent walkthrough, explaining everything about our new trailer with patience and thoroughness, and Kitchen provided top-notch assistance getting everything hooked up and ready to go. The entire team made us feel like family, and that personal touch is what sets this location apart. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely be returning to Camping World Orange Park for all our future travel trailer needs. Thank you all for your exceptional service!
