I call almost every day and get "there in a meeting" "they're out of the office" some excuse and nobody talks to me ... I call at least 3-5 times a week, and yet nowhere ... they will take your money, but don't want to help you when something goes wrong,... had it delivered and arrived damaged ... did walk thru before delivery and pointed out what need to be fixed (mind you its brand new) and they didn't fix it, arrived damaged and they want me to bring it back to get fixed when I had it delivered over 350 miles ... my sales person was very inappropriate and take no accountability and they don't care about that ... dont do business here they dobt care about you just your money ... They are a joke ... now I'm paying for repairs out of pocket for something they should have paid for ...
- SWScotty Williams3 days ago5.0I went into Camping world of Orange Park looking for a camper offering a cash price knowing I wouldn’t be able to run credit, but Susan Fisher was able to take me through the tour of different RVs and she was very smart with the prices and knows all of her product on the lot. This was the first RV I was looking to buy and I like that she was transparent and was putting the customer 1st over a sale and trying to put me in something that was in my price range even though I was looking for something bigger. I was not able to walk out with a RV that day due to other circumstances, but I will be going back and giving her my business.

He took his time and listen to what WE were looking for. I loved his easy going nature. We ended up finding the perfect camper for us... at below the price we thought we'd be paying. Their finance department was great to work with as well. If you are in the market for a camper definitely go see Devin!

Should be done before my walk through appointment scheduled time. Service failed to call back after three separate day calls and leaving messages.
- SVSteven VBDec 20, 20255.0I came in to Camping World on Blanding BLVD to get help to fix my trailer hitch. I was greeted and welcomed by multiple members of the staff. The nice ladies at the service counter were professional and prompt with the friendly “How can we help you”. I explained my issue and they knew exactly what I needed. They called the parts manager, Joe, to handle the matter. I didn’t have the tools nor the skill to fix this issue but Joe in service department was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as he professionally explained what was wrong and how to fix it. Joe and his associate, Samson, quickly brought out there tools and corrected with proper adjustments to ensure my equipment was in proper working order. Afterwards, they explained their processes and procedure, then informed me what I can do if I see the issue happening again. I was quite pleased with their service and have earned my sincerest recommendation for others to do business here at Camping World.
