It was supposed to be a brand new transmission and we just found out it was a remanufactured transmission, so they lied. They refuse to help or fix this problem because we’re a few weeks past the 12 months, but under the 12,000 miles. A transmission should not go bad after driving 10,000 miles. We wasted $3,000 at this shop!
