- KJKate JacobsenFeb 1, 20231.0Picked up the truck in the morning and was informed that they close at noon and to leave the truck outside the gate and drop the keys in the box if returned after 12pm. Just missed closing and returned the truck at 12:10pm where they requested and ensured us there was a camera to let them know the exact time the truck was returned so the could correctly charge me. Few days later upon receiving my final bill I see they had charged me for 2 days. I called, certain it was just a simple mistake they could fix. I was told they have camera footage of us returning the truck the next day after 2pm. I am baffled by the blatant dishonesty and willingness to scam. I will be filing fraud if this is not resolved. This will be the last time I use Penske and will always choose uhaul.
