- WSWalt Stacks6 days ago5.0I can't thank Williams diesel enough!!! About a month ago my turbo blew on my semi messing up my doc and dpf filters from oil contamination . The customer service is A1 and they are nice people. After spending 9k on a new turbo, spending another 9k at the dealer for the filters was a crazy pill to swallow. Williams however offered me their recore process for half the price. They cleaned and baked my canisters and applied their own filters and man multiple passive regens, I haven't had not 1 issue with their fix. NO FAULTS, NO MANUAL REGENS. Do not hesitate whatsoever if you have to go this route. Their product works like OEMA FILTERS. HUGE THANK YOU
- GNGerald NewtonNov 14, 20255.0They have done our service for years on my 2010 Dodge Ramm 2500 Diesel. Recently it wouldn't start and we called them to have someone tow it. Tow company was here within 30 minutes and jump started it and towed it in. We assumed it was the batteries. We knew we wouldn't hear that day but got a call the next day and it was the batteries, which they found that they should be covered under warranty. (We knew that they'd been replaced but couldn't remember how long ago. ) Ended up all that we owed was for the tow and the labor to put them in. Great communication to let us know exactly what they found and that it was already ready for pick up. Always had great service with Rick and the others in the office.

Since landing here with Williams we have never had to question the work being done. They’re honest, thorough and make spending money feel like an investment rather a never ending situation. We never have to stress getting work done anymore, any and all of our trucks will land here always. I can’t say enough good things about them.
