This sales person by the name, "Sergey Yu" screw me in the worst way I could gotten screw this week. I came in, to see if it was worth trading in my 2022 silverado and if the trade would it been OK I was gonna take a 2025 Palisade for my wife after he had me sign a paper for the appraisal and after they offer me a ridiculous $25k for a truck almost knew with only 40k on it still retailing $39,000 I walk away, Mr yu try to talk me into a deal I told him I have my house up for sale and Im buying another one and the deal its just around the corner, I also told him clearly that I had a pre approval from Campus Credit union for 40k and I wasn't gonna need a loan because I was gonna use my equity for the difference and also buy my son the new 2025 sonata since his was a 2011 he could use a new one. We'll I guess Yu don't understand plain English and went and ran my dam credit with out my permission and nor was ever discussed with me that they where gonna ran an aplication when I tought I only sign for a appraisal. Well this Yu cause me a -17 score on my credit with a hard inquiry and now there is a possibility I won't be able to purchase the new home and mine its under contract already. I swear if this screws up my deal with my new home I will move mountains and earth to get back to them and I will speak to a attorney because when I told him I had a deal going down with my house and another home Im buying his eyes opend up like a light bulb and emediatly offer me his wife's business because she's a realtor, that shows how some one can work at a place to move a bigger business from that place of there Owen. If I would gave his wife my home deals she had a 6-7% on both properties earning at least 40k on the deal.
It sucks I realy had the hots for a Hyundai Palisade I promise my wife and trade in my sons 2011 sonata for the new one, there for Jenkins lost not just a customer but a sale aproxomly $70,000 for both vehicles. I also told Yu Im a Master class A lead tech for a big name in town whom I won't mention athe business name. I speak to at least 30 people every day 6 days a week and that's 180 people a week that will here about this as long as the Inquiry sits in my credit report.
It's so sad because I know for sure how many people they screw daily in big business like this. 😡😡😡

Save yourself your time headache and frustration don’t go to this dealership. They lied to you. They offer the lowest rate in for your vehicle than any other dealership would and then they try to sell you a piece of crap that should not even be driven anymore and they tell you too many lies they say one thing one minute the next minute something totally different and they make up some excuse for doing it.

Today I experienced a complete lack of service at Hyundai. I work in transportation and came to pick up a vehicle - time is critical for me. But in an entire hour, not a single employee even tried to help. No one explained where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. You stand there like you simply don't exist.
The organization is absolutely terrible, there is no customer service, and zero respect for other people's time. If you need efficiency and at least basic professional attitude - I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I received no help at all and just wasted my
time and nerves. Very disappointed.

My car was stalling and wouldn’t drive, but Bobby (the service advisor) and David (the technician) made the entire experience super simple and completely stress-free. Bobby kept me updated every step of the way, and David quickly found and fixed the issue. I felt very deceived and lied to . After visiting the location in leesburg several months ago I could not reach a deal due to credit and being upside down on my car and I was ok with that sad but ok. Then last week a person named Katie at the Ocala location reached out to me asking if I was still interested in maybe making a deal. They were having an event to move cars for the new model year and would give me x amount above Kelly blue book for my trade and really needed my trade would do whatever it takes to get it . After explaining my financial situation and what results I had several months ago I didn't want to waste my time or theirs. She insisted they had bigger buying power, different lenders and better incentives than their dealership in Leesburg. Very hesitant I agreed to revisit my options with them with the clear understanding if they can't make a deal it's tell me now before I make the effort. She made it seem they were homes she asked me to get Kelly blue book trade for my car took my credit app and said she would contact me the next day. Seemed like we may be heading in the right direction. The next day she contacted me back said her finance mgr. Said everything looks good to make a deal so I set my appointment for sat at 11 and she said that she looked forward too meeting me a assured me they would be able to make a deal. Saturday on my way to the dealership she reached out to see if I was still ok for appointment with the reply see you then . Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by a very nice welcoming gentleman I asked for Katie he said she work in internet sales and he works hand in hand with her hmm now the sketchy part I spent a long time explaining my situation to her and didn't want to continue to revisit it. Don't get me wrong the sales person was great I have no problems with him. I continued to ask for her and said I would wait for her because she already knew and understood my situation . I was told she wasn't there . Now I had to explain the whole situation to another person had a specific car in mind and if i couldn't make a deal that was ok he continued to try and sell me on other cars that they wanted me to buy not the car I wanted. Now understand I'm not a Karen lol and it was ok at the other location that a deal couldn't be made sad but I could live with that fast forward to Saturday by 3 o'clock still no Katie and after settling on a different car they wanted me to have ended up with the same exact results as 3 months ago At the Leesburg dealership. Sad about the results but very frustrated about the lies and deceit. What a waste of time and effort . Extremely poor business model . Reflects on how they run a business on lies and deceit. Why reach out to me in the first place.
