    Was greeted promptly when I arrived in the service department and kept informed of my vehicle’s progress. Appreciated the service video showing me what services were being done and showing measurements of my brake calipers and tire treads..awesome. Service area is very comfortable with many options for beverages and snacks.

    My experience with this dealer was a bad experience when come to do a purchase for luxury and expensive car you should do a test drive before confirming the purchase, because if you don’t and confirm the purchase to get the car delivered, and (like me actually I get a bade conditions front tires) you can get some surprises on what conditions the car will be. My mistake that was to trust a dealer manager who like to sell a expensive car like selling a used fridge without be responsible after that

    Brandon on the service team is just excellent. He is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and was very helpful. This was my first service visit for routine maintenance...but this will be my "go to" location even though it's a drive from my new home in The Villages. Finding a dealer and team I can trust explicitly is so helpful....I will be reccommding this location to anyone else who is looking for great service. Thank you Brandon, Eric and Ann for making my first experience with your team so exceptional!
