Donāt waste your time with these clowns! After completing our test drive. The salesman told us there is bump on the cost of a new 2026 passport. A bump is where the dealership artificially inflates the price of the Vehicle, because of its high demand. The dealer does it changing the cost of packages, increasing destination charges or in this case they just tack on several thousands of dollars to the price of vehicle. Is a legal form of price gouging the buyer. By the way if you are looking for a new Honda Pilot. They donāt have any on the lot. They say there waiting on Honda to deliver them.

Came in specifically for a Honda CR-V we confirmed was available the day before. Upon arrival, the salesperson (Ramy) said the key ācould not be found,ā and we were repeatedly pushed toward more expensive vehicles instead. We were unable to get a clear price breakdown on the CR-V we came for, and Ramyās explanations kept changing. Once it was clear we werenāt taking the bait and switching to another vehicle, his engagement dropped and Ramy ācut baitā. Be cautious of dealers that try these tactics. This appears to be one of those places.

My experience with Honda was absolutely exceptional my sales associate was Jack Brigman, he was absolutely amazing! This was not my first vehicle that I purchased however, this was the easiest experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. Jack was not overbearing like most car salesman he was friendly and kind and made my experience amazing. From start to finish was pleasant. I will say this was the most expensive car that I have ever purchased. But I intended to purchase a sporty vehicle and Jack was able to sell the vehicle to me at a much lower cost than I expected. The finance department was also wonderful and easy to deal with. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle and you go to Honda of Ocala you must ask for Jack! He will hook you up! Trust me, I am in love with my new car. Thank you Honda and Jack for the amazing car! I bought the Acura TLX Type S... The sexiest vehicle I've ever owned... š

So I recently purchased a new vehicle at Honda of Ocala me and my family were treated very well by Mike Lehman Mikeās been there for a long time and all my friends recommend him also when we pull up for service. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Tahoe from Honda of Ocala, and the vehicle has had battery issues from the very beginning. In fact, the vehicle had to be jump-started during the test drive. I was toldāor at least led to believeāthat this was simply because the vehicle had been sitting.
Less than three weeks after purchase, the Tahoe again needed to be jump-started twice due to a failing battery. When I contacted the dealership, I was told the battery was not covered under the warranty, and no assistance was offered.
What makes this especially unacceptable is that approximately $2,500 of the purchase price was labeled as āreconditioning.ā That charge implies the vehicle was properly inspected and prepared for sale. Either the prep technician failed to identify an obvious issue, or the issue was identified and intentionally overlooked. Neither scenario reflects ethical business practices.
A battery weak enough to require a jump during a test drive should have been replaced before the vehicle was soldāespecially when the customer paid for reconditioning. Relying on warranty technicalities instead of accountability is disappointing and unprofessional.
I expected far better integrity from a dealership of this size.
