  Sadly, the worst experience I ever had for the hand car wash. Multiple multiple spots on the car that doesn’t seem to be bothered by the team to actually clean it. Considering I got the highest package for detailed hand wash + taxes + $10 tip total = $97.99 It’s completely unacceptable for the price and the result that you receive. It’s way better just to drive up a little more to Aventura mall hand car wash and enjoy the same Pura Vida while waiting. Don’t make my mistake and go somewhere else.

  I paid $100 for a service that was very disappointing. From the beginning, I specifically requested a deep vacuum to remove my dog’s hair, and the back area of my car was not vacuumed at all. There were still a lot of dog hairs inside, and the exterior wasn’t properly cleaned either. What made it worse is that at no point before the service was I informed that dog hair cleaning “starts at $400.” This was only mentioned afterward, clearly as a way to justify the poor result. They even admitted that it was their mistake not to vacuum the back area and also their mistake not to inform me about the $400 charge upfront, which shows the lack of communication was on their side, not mine. Despite this, I was charged for the service, and my car was left dirty inside and outside. On top of that, the employee at the entrance who assisted me was laughing, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Poor communication, poor service, and zero professionalism. I do not recommend this place at all.

  The absolute worst Car Wash I have ever gotten. We paid for the $80 one which was comprehensive enough for two cars. Both cars smells like dirty rags, the interior of one of the cars was hardly vacuumed. The dashboard was only lightly wiped. I have gotten better service and paid less money. not worth $160 go somewhere else.

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment today. Unfortunately, my experience was so unacceptable that I had to involve the police and request a refund. I directly contacted a manager by phone to address these issues, and although the manager promised to return my call, I have yet to receive any follow-up. I paid $60 for a service that left my car in terrible condition. Witnessing the negligence of your staff, I resorted to cleaning the car myself with a rag. Given these circumstances, I strongly urge you to process a full refund immediately. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Prestige Auto Spa to anyone.
