  I needed air in my big box truck F650 all 8 wheels were very low and they took great care of me. Now all the wheels are at 105 psi

  Just had the best express oil change experience ever. Thank you to the knowledgeable, friendly, professional young men who serviced our truck. Visiting from PA; they made us feel welcome. They even walked us through resetting everything.

  Another great experience at Express Oil Change. I take all 3 of my vehicles there for oil changes. The service is always fast and friendly. Never a pressure to add or do anything more than I asked.

  Express oil in Navarre is the best shop that I have ever had my oil change in my life. The guys are polite, courteous, & very informative on the things the check during your oil change. They're like those old school service stations that just love to change your oil work on your vehicle. If your need anything vehicle related they can help. Oil change & mechanical shop. Thanks you to Wes & his group of guys. Awesome

  We’ve been going to this place when we moved to Navarre in 2023. They changed 4 new tires, break pads, regular oil change etc. We trusted them, the mechanics we’ve dealt with were all kind. We recently went for an oil change and the employee helping us told us our tires need to be changed ASAP. I was shocked to hear this because we only went out of town a few times since they changed our tires in May of 2024. The guy looked up info about our tires and he said we only drove approximately 25,000 miles with the tires. He tried to help us and asked their tire engineer and other mechanics about our tires/warranty and such but the older mechanics didn’t seem to care and pretty much gave us the impression that they can’t do anything for us. So the kind young employee helping us gave us a quote for new tires and told us he felt bad for us for needing new tires again that soon with not much mileage on them. Online it states that Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers typically includes a four-tire rotation, along with a multi-point vehicle inspection, as part of their oil change service. But from what they told me tires were worn down already because they were probably never rotated. I know we had the responsibility to make sure tires are rotated and such but since we were going there for a regular oil change, I assumed these were included w/ their oil change service but apparently they never rotated our tires since changing 4 new ones for us in May 2024 that costed us around $1300 from what I remember. Another thing I discovered recently is how they overcharged for things. We were told back then they need to replace all 4 tire pressure monitors and it cost around $120/140 each. We decided not to replace them. Recently we went to another garage for 4 new tires and we were told we only needed to replace 2 TPMs and it only costed $49.50 each. And our 4 new tires were around $800 cheaper than their cheapest option they quoted us. I’m aware about brands and quality but their cheapest option costed way more. I am very disappointed because I liked most of the kind employees there and they seemed honest but I was wrong. I will never go back there again. I found a local garage with honest people. Please learn from my mistake and don’t assume kind people are honest people.
