- KKKarmas KaosFeb 9, 20261.0Good prices, but worst customer service. Rude. Not helpful. They will gladly sell you parts all day long, but when you have a warranty return it's like jumping ropes. Never again. I'll gladly pay $10 more at another part store to be treated with respect. They literally told me once if the box was open I couldn't return it. It's a shame bc like I said their prices are good.
- SSSALTSOULCOJan 17, 20261.0younger worker was working counter and i tried to return a product for my car i had purchased that had ended up being the wrong size for what i needed. so i came back to the store a few weeks later to return my item this younger worker was immediately disrespectful- he wouldn’t except my return which was odd considering it was also unused and i’ve never had this problem before with autozone?… then proceeds to tell me “managers here on monday” and that set me off so i just left.. will definitely be coming back monday to adress this.
