They will do that to save power if your battery is old. Since I had never replaced the battery and the truck has 81,000 miles, I figured that was the problem. Jerry assisted me and replaced the battery with a new one and was very courteous and helpful, and quick to have me on my way again. I reconfigured the panel and running boards are operational again. I highly recommend this business, especially for battery replacement!
