  Do not go here for any U-Haul service. We had a reservation to pick up a van and when we got there they told us the van was broken and they couldn't help us. They did not notify us and the gentlemen at the office did not want to help us.

  I saw they sold parts on eBay very reasonable, and worked on computers for them. Found out they were close took my car there instead. Very reasonable, new his stuff. Had bunch of cars there for sale. Very reasonable priced. Got my car fixed, 250 dollars. Dealer drives it in their garage, your pay that with fixing it. Will always go back there Mark

  Will never do business with them again. Part arrived damaged. I contacted them and they asked me to file a claim with FedEx. I handled the entire damage claim with FedEx and FedEx paid them the full price of the item, plus shipping costs. While this was all going on there was fraud on the credit card I used to pay them. The account had to be closed. I asked multiple times that they issue my refund via check or bank transfer. They flat out refuse and will only refund to the card used to purchase even though this was a month ago. The card isn't valid any longer, the account is closed and I no longer hold an account with that bank. I want my money refunded via check or bank transfer so that I can actually receive the money. I don't want it sent to paypal or a canceled and invalid credit card account. Simple, send a check. Instead they want to fight back and forth for days on end about this.
