I had the pleasure of working with Demari Pierre Brice with the purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He made the entire process simple and seamless. If you are in the market for a vehicle, reach out to Demari, you will not be disappointed!
Whether it’s your first car or your 10th car, Naples Dodge is the place to go. They set the standard for customer service, kindness, relations, and everything you would need to buy a car. Everyone is kind, tentative to you will talk to you, will listen to you and looks out for the best for you. I was able to trade in my old vehicle and drive home with a new one. 10/10 experience.
The out of state sale of the vehicle went okay. Sales team was not entirely truthful in terms of product matching description. An apology was made by sales team for the mistake. Unfortunately the failure to match description will be a large expense. Communication from management is VERY poor, and unwilling to take responsibility to correct the mistake. I have been told several times I will receive a call back shortly from management, to further discuss the issue. Avoidance continues, and I never receive a phone call as promised. If accountability on management's part occurred, the rating for my experience would be much higher.
let me start by saying, most negative reviews you are seeing is for the service dept. don't let that sway you. first of all 95% of service departments suck, and EVERYONE is going to have a problem at some point with one. Here's my review: Naples dodge has treated me great, and by some fortune I got placed with salesman Steve Barry via an internet ad. Steve took care of me, treated me with respect, helped me out IMMENSELY, and was all around amazing for over a week before I even showed up to the dealership. I've never enjoyed dealerships or the process, and I've been through it quite a few times. Accept for this one. This experience has been great, thanks to an amazing dealership, and the best salesman, Steve Barry!

I purchased my second Dodge Challenger last month for $37,000, and the service experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Prior to purchase, Stephenson assured me a rental car would be provided while my vehicle was with an outside vendor for the $1,700 ceramic coating, but timelines were never clearly communicated.
The day after purchase, I discovered multiple cracks in the windshield and specifically requested it be replaced under my 5 year warranty before the ceramic coating was applied. Stephenson agreed. I was told to come in on Sunday at noon, only to arrive and be told no help was available because Hertz was closed. This was disorganized and a complete waste of my time.
After losing confidence in Stephenson, I attempted to work directly with Phil, who did not take ownership and redirected me back to Stephenson. Despite clearly communicating to Stephenson, Phil, and Trey multiple times that the windshield needed to be replaced before coating, the car was returned to me fully coated with the original cracked windshield still intact.
Additionally, the passenger window is now malfunctioning and will not close, which is concerning given I was told the vehicle had no prior damage or service issues. When I escalated these concerns further, Phil’s supervisor laughed and blamed Stephenson’s age, which was unprofessional and unacceptable.
At this point, I have lost trust in the dealership. I am requesting prompt resolution of the cracked windshield, repair of the malfunctioning passenger window, and re tinting and reapplication of the ceramic coating by Trey as originally promised. I would appreciate confirmation of next steps and a clear timeline for resolution.
