The dealership gave me a list of items I needed repaired but would not give me a starting price for anything. I called WWA and spoke with Val and explained my situation. She gave me a best/worst case scenario based off of other repairs they’ve performed on my make/model and explained pricing adjustments if more repairs were needed as they got further into my engine. She spent a lot of time explaining how the parts work together and what this problem could do to other parts of the engine. Val gave me peace of mind about bringing my Jeep to them. Gus worked on my engine and when it was ready for pickup he showed me the damaged parts and thoroughly explained what the damage was and how it damaged other parts of the motor. Every single person I had contact with was professional and very kind. They have a customer for life.
