  I have Jeep Wrangler that was not running correctly. I had taken it to another shop that had it over three days. They could not find out what was wrong with it. I brought the jeep to Worldwide Automotive. They figured out what was wrong with the Jeep in one day and fixed it. The staff is friendly, the shop is clean, and the mechanics are knowledgeable. The prices are fair. I would recommend them.

  I took my daughter’s car in yesterday for diagnostics & had a truly great experience. Debbie, assisted me upon arrival & she was extremely pleasant, honest, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The techs were also very thorough with their diagnostics and took the time to really get to the root of the issues. Overall, the service was professional and trustworthy — I truly appreciate the care and attention they provided. Highly recommend!

  Save your money and go somewhere else!!! My boyfriend took his truck in because the battery kept dying every few hours and would only start after disconnecting it every time it was driven. The next day, they called and said the issue was with the stereo and that there was nothing they could do. I was charged nearly $400 for a diagnostic that didn’t fix or explain the problem. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop.

  Extremely disappointed. To narrow down a persistent coolant-in-oil issue, I scheduled and agreed to pay for a full diagnostic after replacing the oil cooler and head gasket myself, with the head professionally pressure-tested. I spoke with two different people, described the full situation, and both were fine with setting up the diagnostic for it. After dropping my car off, I got a call 30 minutes later (when I was nearly home) saying the mechanic “wouldn’t touch it” because “too much work had been done and there’d be too many things to check.” That reasoning makes no sense — those are the same components they’d have to check anyway to diagnose the problem, whether I replaced them or not. After visiting their new location, it’s clear they’ve shifted focus to easier, low-risk jobs on higher-end vehicles. They wasted my time and gas due to their poor communication. I used to trust this shop, but it’s not the same place anymore. If you actually need a real diagnostic or meaningful repair work, go somewhere else.
