  After a couple of days of going back and forth with Ed the salesman, who can't even type proper English, he presented me with an overpriced vehicle. I asked several times for pre-owned and he sent me an over priced quote for brand new. Didn't expect to get such unprofessionalism from a luxury dealer. Guess I will be going to West Palm beach instead .

  If you’re planning to buy a car with financing — do NOT work with Edgar Hernandez. He slipped me a leasing contract instead of a financing agreement, and I ended up losing my car. Never sign any documents with him without having a lawyer review them first. You’re better off finding another manager right away.

  Very bad place tried to blame damage on me when they called my business to repair a car they broke then they didn’t pay the service call also got violent with me a bully me very disrespectful and dishonest people do not recommend I like the cars but I wouldn’t purchase from this place no telling what they’re hiding and no telling if your going to be safe almost like thugs work here

  Run as far as you can from this dealership. I live in California and purchased our 4th Provenance Rolls Royce from Braman Motors and they lied to me about the condition. The sales representative assured me this car has never been repainted and the carfax was clean. When the car arrived it was in horrible condition and the quarter panel and back bumper were so horribly repainted that you can see the difference. On top of all of this the car had dings and curb rash that was never mentioned to me during the purchase process. The paint of the entire car also had swirl marks and scratches all over. This car clearly did not meet the Rolls Royce Provenance guidelines and was sold to me under false pretenses. When I brought it to their attention they assured me they will rectify this issue and make it right but as of yet have only offered to pay for a paint correction/detail without factoring in that the car will need to be repainted again to look normal and that I will have to deal with significant depreciation when trading it in again since it is repainted. I would have never purchased the car had they told me the truth about it. I wish I had read their reviews before moving through with the purchase because they have done this to many people before. Take your business elsewhere.
