Como agente de venta, me ayudó y me acompañó durante el proceso de la compra de mi carro BMW X3 2022, de una manera humana y amigable como pocas veces pasa. Para ser claro, yo también soy vendedor, realtor más precisamente, y quiero remarcar y detallar el servicio brindado por este caballero que verdaderamente, se esforzó por hacer de esta, mi mejor experiencia.     Bad experience I've inquired over the phone about used BMW. First salesman Claudio I was talking to, just stopped responding while we were going over the price, condition of the car etc. Some time later, someone else took over the text messages and we finally came to the agreement. I've sent them credit application and waited for response. Nothing Asked the sales guy if everything is moving forward. Nothing again... Finally after some time he responded that the car is sold. Quite: Okay so here’s what happened In the process of us doing your deal someone was the store trying to buy the same car and he paid the full price of it. So the sales managers gave him the priority to his deal. Be aware that while you are trying to make a deal over the phone or online, someone will just buy that car walking in to the dealership and they will treat them as priority

    I'd like to take the opportunity to share the great experience I had purchasing my 2026 Mini from Braman Mini Miami. Ryan was the salesperson that assisted me in the process and I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. His approach was very professional and there was never any pressure coming from him to make the purchase. Once I decided the car I wanted, the negotiations went very smoothly and we ended agreeing on a purchase price that I consider was very competitive and fair. The whole Braman Mini team went out of their way to make the experience a pleasant one. In the end, Ryan and team made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again to Ryan and the Braman team for providing such a great experience.

    I don't do allot of reviews; and I've rarely ever had a good experience with car dealerships.....let alone be willing to give a positive review. Having said that, this past week I purchased a certified used 2021 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited from Braman Miami, and I had a great experience. In particular I'd like to thank my sales representative, Miguel Binet for a very positive buying experience. I found the Jeep on Car Gurus and I went to the dealership to see it. Miguel greeted me and took care of me throughout the process. Miguel was even-keeled and easy going; demonstrated a relaxed and open conversational approach with me. He took me right to what I wanted and we went from there. Allowed me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle to MY satisfaction. We had great conversation through the test drive. I knew I was interested in the car; so negotiations began immediately. Miguel throughout the process demonstrated what I felt was honest negotiations; was non combative or pressuring, and facilitated a cordial honest non demanding negotiation throughout the process. He took my wants and asks into consideration and He truly carried himself professionally throughout........and through some back and forth over 2 days; we reached I felt was a fair deal; he was very good about listening to my offers and my rationale behind them; and in the end, I'm confident that he used such to convince his manager in reaching a reasonable deal with me. The processing and receipt of my car went very smooth as well.......in and out in about an hour......during which time they cleaned up and gassed the car and all (as they should). Overall, I had a very positive shopping experience (rare for my experiences with dealerships). And again, I have to give the credit to Miguel Binet......he was the difference maker in the end. I very much appreciate him for it.

    The “Luxury” Experience: How Braman Motors and Bentley Redefined Customer Care (Not in a Good Way) As someone who has enjoyed the supposed “pinnacle” of luxury by purchasing multiple Bentleys from Braman Motors, I expected a level of craftsmanship and customer service that matched the prestige. Unfortunately, what I got was a masterclass in irony. When my 4 year old $375,000 Bentley Flying Spur (30K miles) decided to quit life right after the warranty ended, I paid $600 just to tow it to the dealership. First, they quoted $26,000 to fix a coolant issue. Then, a month later, they discovered—surprise!—the engine was cracked, and I’d need to shell out $130,000 more. Apparently, Bentley’s definition of “luxury” includes the thrill of surprise engine replacements. Their idea of making me “whole” was to offer $80,000 cash and a $50,000 credit if I bought another new Bentley at full price. In other words, I’d have to dive back into a $375,000 purchase just to get a partial concession. If I chose not to buy another Bentley, they’d leave me with the bill. Other luxury brands might stand behind their product and fix such a catastrophic failure for a loyal client. Not here. Instead, they turned it into a high-stakes sales tactic. Now that I decided to decline the $50,000 credit they made their service department call me to collect on the $26K repair bill which of course would have declined if they would have done their job right in the first place if they would have told me the entire engine needs to be replaced. I told them to go back to their management and tell them that is is outrageous. I have been without a car now for several months and not have seen a dime from the dealership even though they signed the purchase agreement of $80,000 like a month ago. So if you’re considering the “luxury” of Bentley, just know that it might come with a side of irony and a very expensive lesson in how not to treat a customer. Good luck, and beware of what “customer care” really means here.
