  My experience with Braman Genesis in Miami was outstanding. Dayron y Sales Representative was genuine, caring, polite, professional and knowledgeable. His Sales Manager, Willie, was terrific. Very, very experienced and kind. They get that "they're in the people business first, and then they sell cars". BRAVO. Wonderful culture. If I there were 6 stars I would award them. Hunter Hansen

  The Best Automotive Service Experience I’ve Ever Had As someone who has owned and leased vehicles well over the $100,000 range for the past two decades, I can confidently say that Genesis has delivered the single greatest service experience I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to one extraordinary person, Rey. This is my first Genesis, and it was also my first time experiencing concierge-style service where my car was picked up directly from my home and returned, spotless, fully serviced, and with a loaner vehicle that was somehow even nicer than my own. That alone made a lasting impression, but what truly set this experience apart was Rey’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Rey doesn’t just do his job, he makes you feel like a valued guest. His sense of humor, empathy, and ability to make even a hectic morning enjoyable made all the difference. When I was running late for work, he turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive, lighthearted moment. That’s rare. As a Sales Director who’s led hundreds of employees, I can tell when someone truly stands out. Rey is the kind of person who turns customers into lifelong fans. He represents everything a luxury brand should stand for — integrity, excellence, and authenticity. Now, if I could point out one “problem,” it’s that Rey gave me the GV70 as a loaner… and now I can’t stop thinking about it!
