  I called the parts department and was placed on hold for a long time. I hung up and called back, but they put me on hold again. No one ever picked up or tried to help. It’s really frustrating that a dealership like Braman Cadillac provides such poor customer service in the parts department. I just needed quick assistance, but they ended up wasting my time.

  Buenos días en la tarde de ayer estuve en el dealer de braman en la parte de servicio para hacer una inspección a mi carro Cadillac Escalade 2022 para comprar una garantía extendida llegue a las 12:05 pm y me tube que retirarme a las 4:35 pm muy molesto por la demora por el trato del agente César Torres y el jefe de servicio el cual en tono desafiante me dijo que tenía que pagar el servicio después que, ya por tantas horas de estar ahí ya no quería comprar la garantía ojo llevo en la Cadillac hace más de 10 años en estos momentos tengo dos carros con Cadillac y la verdad la experiencia que tube con estas dos personas fue muy desagradable y poco profesional al punto de entrar en discusión conmigo si llevaba tres horas o cuatros además no tenían carro apara darme y me iban a mandar en un uber para ir a rentar un carro espero que estas personas entiendan que el trato hacia un cliente no es de esa forma .una mala experiencia en la parte de servicio .en estos momentos voy hacer mi reclamó que es mi derecho a BBB English: Good morning yesterday afternoon I was at the braman dealer in the service part to inspect my Cadillac Escalade 2022 car to buy an extended warranty I arrived at 12:05 pm and I had to retire at 4:35 pm very upset by the delay due to the treatment of the agent César Torres and the service chief who in a defiant tone told me that I had to pay for the service after that, for so many hours of being there I no longer wanted to buy the warranty eye I have been in the Cadillac for more than 10 years at the moment I have two cars with Cadillac and the truth is that the experience I had with these two people was very unpleasant and unprofessional to the point of getting into an argument with me if I had been three or four hours in addition they did not have a car to give me and they were going to send me in an Uber to go rent a car I hope that these people understand that the treatment towards a customer is not that way.   Very poor customer service from management. I sent two letters last week and they didn't even bother to respond. My company owns two Cadillac EVs, and I'm looking to buy an Escalade IQ. After this experience, this will be the last dealership I visit to make a purchase.
