I specifically asked if they had any specials or coupons running, and the worker said No. While waiting, I found a 25$ off coupon, but he would not honor it. I did question him and say, I specifically asked you if there were any specials running and you said No, why can't you honor this? And he said because you are mentioning it now after we started the oil change - I feel it was deceitful and unprofessional not to honor the coupon when I had specifically asked if they had any specials/coupons for an oil change. Only go to this shop, 1435 W New Haven Ave, if you want to pay double price for an oil change !!!
