  I would give zero stars if I could I am a mechanic and brought a vehicle in for an alignment and was told they couldn’t get the jam nut off to do it and double downed on it needing $600 in work when they didn’t even properly check the tie rods and they are basically brand new and do not to be replaced xavien was the one we spoke to and very unhappy they are straight up lying we do this everyday and know exactly what we are looking at please get second opinions before any work as they are just trying to scam people said needed to replace the tie rods yet he couldn’t get them off I feel horrible for the countless people I’m sure that were taking advantage of at this specific location do not just believe what they say they are trying to upsell things your car probably doesn’t need they are who we have used in the past after we do front end work we have them align them but never again lost our business for sure.

  Exzavian and Jason are amazing! The team always provides top tier customer service. They got me in and out in no time! Replaced all my brakes and rotors in a hurry. They are always so helpful. If you are looking for a place to service your car, look no further. I just fell in love with my car again! Feels brand new.

  I am incredibly impressed with the service I received at Tire Kingdom, specifically from Exzavian. I came in right at the close of business with a randomly leaking tire, fully expecting to be turned away. Exzavian took my car in without hesitation and quickly diagnosed the problem: a nail in a spot that couldn't be repaired. Not only did he get a brand new tire on for me in about 30 minutes, but he also went above and beyond. He took the extra time to check all my other tires and my brakes, giving me complete peace of mind before I got back on the road. It's rare to find that level of efficiency and thorough customer care, especially at the very end of the day. Exzavian really saved me. Five stars, highly recommend!

  Came back to this tire kingdom because they always have great service. Had a steady leak from one of our tires and they actually find a bigger issue, had a nail and a piece of metal that was cutting the tire! Got it taken care of super fast!

  I wish I could leave negative stars! I bought a set of very nice tires and new wheel sensors yesterday. 2 hours turned into 4 hours. They put deep scratches in my new rims. The Boy was too incompetent to program new wheel sensors and tried saying my computer was bad. They forced me to pay for the sensors that didn’t work. I confronted them about my rims and they played it off. But finally admitted it was on them. They discounted my tires and tried to make me sign the receipt saying I was okay with my service. Very shortly after I reached out to corporate. Very nice people. Manager calls. We have an agreement over the phone to bring my card in and refund $600 worth of faulty tire sensors. I explained that he was not to touch my truck and I would have the rims repaired myself if they would refund the sensors. I drive an hour back over there, for him to stiff arm me and say he’s not refunding me, unless he can remove the sensors. After talking to other people, many have told me their crap experience with them. So after having my rims damaged and $600 stolen from me. Here I am.
