  Xavier is fantastic! I usually deal with Jason and he takes great care of my vehicles. This time he wasn’t there but Xavier answered and when I said I would wait for Jason, he asked me to give him a shot to help so I didn’t have to wait. I needed my front tires balanced because of a shake in the steering. His team had me in and out in about 20min! He said, “make sure you call me and let me know how it is, good or bad. If the rear tires need it too, I’ll knock it out for you.” Now not only do I have Jason that is great but I also have Xavier to help with all 3 of our autos that we bring there. Thanks for everything!

  I have been having trouble with my tires for about a month, and came before christmas to get my tires changed and the crew here at Tire Kingdom has helped me so much! Cody, Zay, and Jason all were able to help get me 4 new tires at a great price, and set me up with a 6 month interest free credit card to help (especially during the holidays, I was really needing that cusion!) AND helped when we found out one of the Rings was cracked by letting me come back at no cost to help get the new wheel put on. Thank you all so much, I wouldnt be driving without your help!

  Always get a second opinion when they tell you something is wrong with your car. Go to a different mechanic shop and tell them you want a full inspection. You could find no such problem exists and keep the hundreds or thousands of dollars you would have paid on unnecessary repairs. Especially be careful if you come in for an oil change and they find $2000.00 worth of repairs you "urgently need". Stop, do research, and get a second opinion. Don't let paranoia, ignorance, and slick tongues separate you from your hard-earned money. Also don't pay anyone to replace your engine air filter or cabin air filter. Those things cost $12 each and only takes a novice 5 minutes to replace.

  Went in for a tire rotation, a front end alignment check and to look at the brakes. Last week I had my oil changed at a 10 minute place down the road, that I have used for YEARS. Was told by the them (10 minute place) that I needed an alignment now or I would wast my tires,which they would do for a large fee.Tire Kingdom in Lynn Haven did the tire rotation and looked at the alignment and brakes. Said that was all I needed, did not try to sell me anything not needed. With just a handshake I was on my way in just a few minutes. Free of charge I might add. Thank you, James

  As a rule, I try to be at least as quick to praise as I am to criticize, and the crew at Tire Kingdom in Lynn Haven, FL make it easy. Especially Mr. Exzavian Caldwell, whose attention to detail and dedication to customer service is simply outstanding! My wife needed an oil change and new brakes on her car. Exzavian stayed well under what she had budgeted for the work, and personally ensured that the work was done quickly and professionally. His attentive service and easy going affability would make him a treasure in any customer service setting, but in an auto repair shop he is positively indispensable. This morning the tires on my wife’s car were low due to the sudden cold snap. Once again, Exzavian showed how true professionals get the job done by having the tires checked and inflated properly in mere minutes. He’s a great guy and an absolute gentlemen who should be commended for routinely going above and beyond for Tire Kingdom’s customers.
