- AKAbby Kuznetsov3 days ago1.0I was told one price for a full diagnostic, and then given a different total at checkout. I had to remind the lady at the front that we spoke about a specific price. They stated their mechanic worked very hard to find the issue with my vehicle, however they were on able to tell me anything that was wrong with it and I still needed to pay. I was told that I had a faulty valve, and that it would be $800 to fix, but a quick search with my VIN number show that my vehicle manufacturer would replace that valve for free. I feel like they absolutely knew that this valve was recalled, and they were going to just take more money from me. If you come here just make sure everybody is on the same page with pricing, and make sure you get a second opinion. I don't believe these people are looking out for your best interest. They want to pocket your cash.

Maybe in future when an appointment is made they could have whatever is necessary prior to the appointment.
