I told them they snapped my windshield wipers off and they said just because they were old they're not going to replace them, that's not right because I still was able to use them before I went through your car was, so to say that is ridiculous. If it were my business that's just something I could never say to a customer. On top of the fact that you guys always bother me no matter what it is first it was tag each time I came through then I changed that now you guys are breaking stuff and blaming me and don't want to be kind enough to replace them. I don't what they have against me, but understand this... we all are human and we all go through things and to further aggravate someone every time they come through isn't cool I've never done anything to you guys but just come thru and wash my car and I'm treated unfairly each and every time I visit. We all have to deal with God one day rather you want to believe it or not just remember that. It's starting to feel like there's no more good people left but (Karma is real.)

Quone is an absolute DREAM. He never complains about me filling up the trash barrel at the vacuum... He always goes above and beyond to be helpful and make me feel appreciated as a customer. Visit Tommy's for your next wash and look for Quone 😁🎉

And treated us well

Sat for 20 mins stuck in line while they had conversations with each other then let a new member go in front of me after I waited 20 mins then the lady runs off the track to the left and I was stuck another 30 mins. Worst experience. Ready to cancel my membership. Zero stars. Don’t go to this location.
