    Love this place being a member! Gentlemen today should be where the free towels were. I’ve been coming there for years and didn’t realize where they were. He was very helpful. Sgt not catch his name.

    I was researching car was locations & have had good service at Tommy’s express! I will say that the customer service at both locations off Hwy 19 (19 & E Bay and the one off 19 near Park) are FAR superior to the location off Missouri. The employees at the Missouri location avoid interaction whereas the employees at the other 2 aforementioned locations have all ways been very helpful. In particular, I spoke with Quone at the E Bay/Hwy 19 location the day prior to coming in to wash my car. He was there the day I went in for service as well & he is an EXCELLENT employee! If I owned a business, I’d 100% try & poach this dude! He is polite, personable, knowledgeable and helpful! He answered all my questions enthusiastically and helped me determine what deal is actually the best for my situation personally! Thanks Quone! You’ve won a customer!!!

    Initially went for membership again, decided just wash $12.00 paid cash left location did not find change from 20.00 bill looked in car staff showed me video TK manager inquired advised did not receive change he went in his pocket and said here is $7.00 I thought that was admirable for him to apologize but go above and beyond to rectify the incident. Thanked him left again only as driving looked above sun visor to find receipt change $8.00 and menu of services folded together. I immediately went back apologized to cashier and manager TK for my error ,this is the type of person you want on your team not only because of his work ethic in leading by example but because he is willing to do what is right for BOTH the customers and his staff! PLEASE RECOGNIZE THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR THEIR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING FOR THE OVERSIGHT ON MY PART! RECOGNIZE TK SPECIFICALLY FOR HIS RESOLVING THE ISSUE ON MY BEHALF. Thank you

    I never leave bad reviews. Its very rare that I do as I work in customer service in Automotive. I never use car washes that have anything that touch your car and of course the first time I do with my car, there are scratches all over it. I went and told their staff that their machine scratched my car after running it through the wash. As a professional in the Automotive industry for 9 years, I was very displeased with what I was told. There assistant manager was polite and professional but I think because I look younger than I am he figured he could tell me they're not going to do anything and those scratches are old, but in a professional manner. I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and like I'm some jerk who was trying to pull a fast one on them, meanwhile neither of those could be further from the truth. As a professional, when I'm at work and have incidents like this I am always my customers biggest advocate and handle the situation very differently. I expect not only better conflict resolution from staff, as well as something to be done about my car being scratched up. But to be blunt, considering how I was treated I doubt either is going to happen. Not to repeat myself, but I have had these situations happen to me at work with my customers. Im well aware of the fact that sometimes people dont notice scratches and things on their car. Difference between them and I though is I wash my car regularly myself and when its not me, its done by a machine that doesn't touch your car at all. I've never once said to any of my clients in these situations "I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt". Thats ridiculous to me as I would never conduct myself like that professionally.

    Drove around an hour in traffic to finally get to this location for a car wash. They were having their Halloween terror night. I'm already a paying member to have unlimited washes. Or so I thought... They wanted to charge $20 MORE to get through the car wash! lol Saying it was a "private event" because it was Halloween themed. I didn't want to pay another $20 when I am already paying for their "UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP". The guy at the check in was rude, and told me I can go to one of their other locations. Which would have been closed by the time I got there. It was an unhelpful suggestion - instead a slap in the face. I asked to speak to a manager and they said it was known that members couldn't come get their car washed during this time. Evidently the other locations aren't doing this event just this one. She said the President of the company paid for the event, that it was VERY expensive. Both managers pretty much blamed me for being upset about not having access to something I'm already paying for. It wasn't just his rudeness. It was their indifferent attitude of "we don't care what you think, how we treat you, you should have known." So let me get this straight... *** You restricted access for paying members who purchased "unlimited washes" wanting $20 more from them to have access to something they're already paying for? Then treat them horribly and blame them for feeling wronged? *** *** What does the President paying for "a very expensive" event have anything to do with me just wanting to get my car washed? Y'all I seriously laughed when she told me that. lol This is a car wash y'all. Let's not treat it like a nightclub ok. lol Your managers act like bouncers. lol At least don't advertise "unlimited washes" then restrict access and charge people more then blame them for being upset. I signed up for a car wash y'all. Not a car wash that has "private events" charging cover. lol 😆 "Unlimited washes"? Definitely not here.
