Super friendly, super knowledgeable, was one of the better experiences I had going to a dealership.   Lonnie has been incredible right from the start. He’s always made me feel comfortable and I feel he has my best interest in mind. He has always addressed each concern immediately and put in effort, even on his days off multiple times. I believe he has the qualities of management material. I don’t know why he is still working as a service writer, but hopefully his hard work and efforts get recognized soon. Thank you, Lonnie. You’ve done an outstanding job and because of you my family and I would purchase our next vehicle from Earl Stewart Toyota.

  My name is Tim and last week I purchased a new Toyota from Earl Stewart. It was a very pleasant and easy experience. I had been thinking about trading in my car, so I stopped in to get the trade in value. They actually had the car I wanted on the lot and I told them I would think about it and call back. I called them back a few hours later and made an offer and they accepted. This is the second new car I have purchased from Earl Stewart. Great experience both times.

  My experience as an out-of-state buyer was one bad thing after another. I called the dealership and got Michael as my salesperson. The price on the car seemed good, so we put down a deposit. From the beginning, I made it clear that since I wasn’t physically there to inspect the vehicle, I needed Michael to thoroughly check it and confirm that everything was in good condition. Once the paperwork was complete, his demeanor completely changed. He became unresponsive—sometimes taking days to reply—and only sent videos after I escalated to his sales manager. At times, when I asked for videos, Michael would respond with comments like, “Oh, you already have a video,” as if I was asking for something unreasonable. The truth is, I kept asking because I had seen a clear lack of trustworthiness in how he pointed out (or ignored) flaws. For instance, there was an entire compartment missing from the car—something extremely obvious—and it wasn’t even Michael who noticed it. His manager was the one who pointed it out and instructed him to get it fixed. When the car was finally delivered, my concerns were unfortunately validated. There were so many issues that anyone experienced in car sales should have caught immediately: • The rear bumper is coming out on one end. • The driver-side seat belt doesn’t work at all (how was this missed?). • The interior lights don’t work. • There’s a squealing noise from the engine when driving. • There’s a paint spill in the trunk. • And despite me asking Michael to ensure the car was fully gassed up, it arrived on a quarter tank—even though he had told me it would be at 3/4 since it was being transported. This has easily been the most frustrating out-of-state car purchase I’ve ever experienced, solely because of the salesperson’s attitude and lack of diligence. The sales manager handled things professionally, and Gabe in finance did an excellent job, but Michael’s handling of the deal ruined what could have been a smooth process. Now, instead of celebrating this purchase, I’m left with a myriad of issues to resolve before I can even give this car to my dad—and God knows how much it will all cost. I’d strongly caution anyone buying a vehicle here from out of state, especially if you’re assigned to work with Michael.

  Wow! Mind blown! Was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ian was our sales person. Gabriel was our finance person. They were on top of everything, smart, professional, knowledgeable, speedy, proficient, etc. etc. I can’t say enough good things. It is as advertised… Earl Stewart Toyota in Lake Park is magnificent. It’s clean and bright and beautiful and it foreshadows the good things going on inside. They just need to dust the Chieftain, lol. I can’t recommend them enough. It is a totally new and different car buying experience! Go check them out.
