    2 Stars: Good for a test drive, but be very wary of the math. ​I visited this dealership to view a specific vehicle I saw online. While the staff was polite and the test drive itself was a pleasant experience, the actual "deal" phase was highly disappointing for an informed buyer. ​The Issues: ​Pricing Transparency: The "in-house" price they presented was several thousand dollars higher than the price advertised on their own website. ​Trade-In Valuation: Their offer for my late-model trade-in was significantly below actual market value (a discrepancy of over $10,000). ​Tax Errors: Most concerningly, they calculated the sales tax based on the full price of the new car, completely ignoring the trade-in tax credit. In Florida, you are only supposed to pay tax on the "price difference" between the new car and your trade-in. This is a basic fundamental of car sales that was missed or ignored. ​Target Demographic: The dealership seems focused on customers who shop based on "monthly payments" and high-interest financing. As a cash buyer, it was clear that a transparent, math-based transaction was not their priority. ​Verdict: I’m glad I went for the test drive to learn more about the vehicle, but I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a fair or transparent financial transaction. Check the numbers twice or even three times before signing anything here.

    Michael kitchen with Rountree-Moore Nissan out of Lake city, Florida really showed out today with his expertise, passion, and personality. He definitely was one of the main reasons we decided to do the damn thing. From Michael to the sales managers, and the finance director they made this an amazing experience.

    We bought a 2023 Nissan kick ss in August of 2023 and we were told that we would get the complimentary detail of wash, vacuum and air freshener every 6 months and we only had it one time when we purchased the vehicle. We were also told that we would receive the black box which contains the small bottles of air freshener, window,cleaner and leather cleaner every 6 months and we have not. We have had the car for 2 years and the filter has not been changed and they keep telling us it's recommended so why is it not being done when my husband brings it in for inspection? They offer you these deals but don't follow through with any of them. They also tell you that there is stuff wrong with your vehicle so they can make more money from you. My car is running just fine, no issues. In order for us to keep the lifetime warranty on the transmission and motor, they have to do the work on the car that's needed. I will take the disc stick to a friend and have them print out the paperwork off of it and see everything that i signed when I purchased the vehicle and everything that was included with the vehicle that we are not getting. And I will go to the manager about it.
