They dont make you a priority when they dont make the schedule time giving to you. They push you to the next availability which can be anywhere to the next day or so on which They pushed me 2 days from my original appointment!!! So I had to take 2 days off of work just to miss on whole day for nothing!!! I know things can happen but dont schedule out more work than the techs can handle!!!! Poor scheduling very poor customer service by the shop.. The techs were good people I just think the whomever runs the shop needs to put the customer that didnt get their windshields installed according to the giving timeliness needs to be put first in the next day schedule not pushed back to the next empty schedule day!!! I will not recommend them to anyone. Their are many other companies I will search out from now on. 2 strikes and yall lost me as a customer cause you didnt care enough to put me as a next day priority after you( safelite) failed me as your customer for the 2nd time. I should have learned from the first experience from this Kissimmee shop!!! Thank you for proving your lack of business skills.

They rescheduled me for another appointment because they do not keep windshields on site. They have to order them.. The next appointment went well and 4 hours later I I had a new windshield
- ARArnaldo RebolledoDec 18, 20255.0Last week I was at this location to replace the windshield of my VW 2013 beetle R-Line. I arrived 10 minutes before 07:00 am and one of the team members was there. He was attentive and ask about the appointment. Leave the key with the technician and at 08:45 am my car was done, vacuumed and clean with a new OEM windshield. This is my second visit here and no complaints.
