Went in this morning and the guy acted like we were stupid for getting our rental because he said we couldn't but had pay all up front. Then he calls his branch manager and says "have you herd of anyone renting long term and paying every two weeks.. no i didn't think so" ... rude ass mofo... first I got the idea from others I KNOW who does long term and pays every two weeks, second YOUR employee gave us the ok to do so, third we ASKED could you do it and got a yes.. just because YOUR haven't herd of it doesn't mean it can't be done or is against company policy which it ISN'T. MY AUNT works corporate in saint louis for enterprise. You just didn't want to. Nor offered any alternative.. we would have glady did a week for the moment....LASTLY you ruined our disney trip scheduled at 11am... for the record.. the lady. Spoke with was very professional and attentive. One star for her
