  Excellent job replacing tires!! Nick got them mounted and set up real nice!! Super quick, I was in and out in a couple hrs. Will be coming back again for more work in the future!

  I had a frustrating experience at Tire Kingdom that ultimately came down to poor communication and inconsistent service. I scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM because noon was the earliest availability and I needed to work around my job. The following morning, I received a call at 9:30 AM asking if I could bring the car in early. While inconvenient since I was already at work, I didn’t make a issue out of it. I arrived at 4:45 PM for my scheduled appointment and was then told they would not be able to service my vehicle because an employee had quit. I understand staffing issues happen, but this should have been communicated before I arrived. I then asked the front counter employee if they could at least replace one with side wall damage as the others were still in good condition with only minor dry rot. He inspected the tires and agreed they were not in bad shape. I also asked to verify the date code before installation due to a prior experience where Tire Kingdom installed tires that were already 2½ years old. Likely the cause of the accelerated dry rot. After speaking with the manager, the front counter employee returned and said—with a noticeable attitude—that they would not replace just one tire. The way this was communicated was dismissive and unprofessional. As I was leaving, the manager approached me and was polite throughout the interaction. He explained that replacing one tire on my Tesla could potentially affect the AWD system. I explained that this vehicle is electric, does not have a transfer case, and uses open differentials, especially given that the current tires were not worn. While he listened, it didn’t seem like he fully understood the vehicle’s drivetrain—or possibly just didn’t want to proceed with the work. He then noticed a ½-inch hub-centric spacer and said they could not work on the vehicle. These same spacers were present during the last three tire services performed by Tire Kingdom, so this felt inconsistent. I understand it was likely a stressful day due to staffing, but the poor communication, inconsistent policies, and especially the front counter employee’s attitude made this a disappointing customer experience.
