  Extremely busy shop. A bit short handed, however Nick the manager and the technicians hustled to get everyone taken care of promptly. It’s season here in Florida so it gets busy! Good job guys.!

  I had a problem with a locked spare tire and Johnson was so helpful. He told me what I would have to do then helped me actually look in the car for the key and found it!! (It was a new car for me). He was very friendly and stopped what he was doing to help me. I would go back here when I need tires.

  I bought 4 tires for my vehicle and I was told it would take an hour and a half. 4 hours later, my service was finished, an hour after closing time! I also took my other vehicle for a tire rotation and alignment. I was told an hour and a half. Over 4 hours later they test drove my car and said it was not driving straight!!!! I had appointments both times!

  Incompetent and bait and switch. Was given a price for new tires .When my wife dropped off the car, they charged her $150 more. They also forgot to give her back the spare tire for the car which we had to go back to the store for. Steer clear of this place! Zero stars would be given if the option was available

  Let me start off by saying that I have not had the best experience with large tire corporations like this or their competitors.. it’s always a sales gimmick or something going arrayed while there. So I decided to start fresh with new location and hopeful for better experience. I needed to purchase 2 new tires. One immediately due to tire blow out on 95 and Acura not coming with a spare tire upon purchase (2020). I purchased a new tire and scheduled for the following day the other front tire to be replaced and an alignment. I found out I must’ve made the appointment with corporate office, who was very helpful and nice. It was a young woman but very patient and friendly. She made the whole experience on the appointment end nice. My total was out the door a discounted amount due to Presidents’ Day sale? Or a weekend special? Unsure of which. In any case, the first tire that was purchased from them the day prior that was brought back to my home and place on the vehicle so that I could get it to the shop- was filled to a PSI of 51! My car is an Acura ILX and is max PSI of 35! They were aware of the car it was being placed in- NO ONE CHECKED THIS? After placing the rim on and balancing it? My car immediately set off alerts when I started to drive on it. I was on my way to their shop when this happened- so the gentleman that had handed me off this tire the day before called to make sure I was on the way to my appointment- was informed of this error- he didn’t care and was like we’ll fix it when you come in and do the other tire: well: you think I didn’t have warning bells already going off about them now? Any their “quality work and techs”? Wrong! It wasn’t sitting well with me at all! It takes 5 seconds to check tire pressure after you’ve sold this tire to me! So I changed my mind about them handling my alignment: if they can’t even manage a PSI check after mounting a damn tire! So I kindly and nicely said/ I’ll just have you place the new other front tire and come back for alignment. The man Eric at the desk said: okay then and then UPCHARGED my tire price on the second one! I told him: you sold me a tire yesterday for less- now this one is more? How is that possible? It’s the same tire and less than 24 hours later! He said: it’s a different day. That was a sale yesterday! I said no! That is what I was quoted! He said: you have a problem-call corporate then. (He was the one who sold me my first tire less than 24 hours prior too!) I was so infuriated I told him to just give me the tire and I’ll have it mounted elsewhere. He then proceeds to tell me: sorry I can’t sell you the tire now. I said what?! Are you kidding me? He said no. Then he gets nasty and says well maybe if you tell me why you aren’t having us do it. I said: bc of the games like this! He said hold on I have to ask my manger now. He comes back and says okay- we can sell it. I go to hand him my debit card and he says sorry can’t do that. You have to pay us cash now. I said this is insane! What! He said cash or I can’t help you. I had to drive to ATM get cash and he up charged! NEVER go there. This place is quack scam artists. There was also another elderly gentleman there with me and they put on wrong size tires for him then he was told it was in error and they didn’t have his size in stock! NEVER USE THESE people.
