  If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 10, I would. I have attempted numerous times to speak to WADNER POTEAU, who is supposedly the GM, but he has yet to return a single call. I left over 5 messages and nothing. I dropped my car off at departures on a Monday and returned Wednesday to an absolute mess. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my keys—or my car. The young lady working the arrivals stand was very sweet and apologetic, and I appreciate her effort, but the young man helping her was completely disengaged. After taking his time to “check upstairs,” he came back and mumbled that the keys were “somewhere,” which did nothing to resolve the situation. Nearly an hour passed with no answers and no communication. Finally, I set off my car alarm myself—and that’s when my car was discovered in the lot behind the stand. To make matters worse, the car was sitting there unlocked, with the keys inside, in a non-monitored lot that anyone could access. This is beyond careless—it’s a serious security risk. My car could have easily been stolen, and the staff wouldn’t have had a clue where it was. Leaving vehicles unlocked with the keys inside shows a complete lack of oversight, management, and basic responsibility. If you’re trusting this service to keep your car safe, think twice. My experience was unacceptable, and I would never leave my vehicle here again.

  Flew to Miami and back sameday, they knew I was coming back at 7pm and didn't have me pulled up, all he could say was "Sorry they shoulda had your car ready", then sent some dude who was pissed his phone call was being interupted to go get my car, this guy WALKED all the way down to the parking lot, down the ramp like I was ruining his day, then I hear him revving my truck like crazy and tires screaching because it's a RAM TRX. I will never use this place again EVER. Same story different day at this place. P.S. The ENTIRE row was empty! Why even move my truck?! I know why. To joyride it!

  I parked at one of their facilities at Jacksonville beach. I purchased my parking pass online and came back to see a $42 ticket for "not paying". The issue, the attendant put in 0 instead of O when searching for my license plate. While they eventually agreed to cancel the ticket, the local manager wrote me an email and told me it was my fault as no Florida license plates have the letter O in them. I have a Washington license plate... He also went on to tell me that they canceled my ticket two days later and implied I should not have had a problem. SP Plus - Terrible operating practices, Terrible customer Service.

  I parked my truck walked to the meter to pay, the enforcement lady was sitting in a chair in the graa next to my truck where I parked. I never left the parking lot but before I got to the meter she already got up and ticketed me. I want back and told her I just walked to the meter to pay and never left. She said I don't care. I disputed the ticket and spplus wrote me back and told me they don't care if I never left the parking lot and walked straight to the meter. They still wanted me to pay the ticket. Just wondering since I didn't have a smart phone how they expected me to pay on their app without leaving my truck or why they even have actual meters on the end of their parking lot if you're not allowed to use them
