I encountered an employee who engaged in a protracted and unnecessary argument regarding a promotional sign for milk, which clearly stated "2 for $3." Despite the sign being directly in front of the product, the employee insisted on debating its meaning. When I declined the offer, she aggressively presented the product directly in front of my face, despite my repeated refusal. Her subsequent claim of not wanting to argue was contradictory to her actions. This incident, coupled with my prior clear communication, was highly unprofessional. I am a frequent customer, visiting 3-4 times a week, and have always appreciated the excellent service provided by a particular tall, slender male employee who is consistently friendly, outgoing, and cheerful. However, due to this egregious encounter, I will no longer patronize your store and intend to escalate this matter to corporate. This was the most appalling interaction I have ever experienced at this location, and as a result, you have lost my business.
