    I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and have always appreciated the quality of service, even knowing dealership pricing comes at a premium. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. I requested the “Football Special” for $275 as advertised in your text message. When I arrived to pick up my car, the staff seemed inconvenienced to assist me. Upon reviewing my bill, I was surprised to find a 3% “convenience fee” added for using my credit card—a fee I’ve never been charged before. When I expressed that it seemed excessive, the staff member said nothing. Since I had been dropped off, I had no choice but to pay the extra $34.99. Unfortunately, this experience has ended my loyalty after eight years. I’ll be sure to share my experience with others regarding your new fee policy.

    This is in no way a review on the sales department @ N FL Lincoln. This review only concerns the service department: I've been back & forth to this dealerships service department several times over the last 2 months for repairs to the axle, radiator system, tire rotation & TPMS sensors that totaled $4K & I Truly want to be refunded BUT the repairs still need to be done correctly. Therefore, I'm taking my business to a different Lincoln dealership, in hopes that I can be satisfied with the repairs performed & know that they were done correctly! Update on 10/24/25: After posting this review, I received a call from Frank, the service manager @ N.F.L.. He was not at all satisfied with what I had endured & what his department had taken me through. To make a long story short, after taking my vehicle back in, this morning, everything was either explained in terms of next steps &/or rectified. Frank treated me like I was his daughter. He also delivered on his promise to make it right. I'm thoroughly satisfied with today's outcome. Therefore, I'm updating my review to 5 stars & I will be continuing my dealings with N.F.L.. TY!
