I bought a used 2021 River Forest camper from the Jacksonville office, transported from Claremont, Florida post-divorce. The dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave all needed replaced on closer inspection. So happy I bought the warranty. We were going along swimmingly, adding water to the fresh water tank for the first time, and it fell off into the ground. Can you imagine how upset we were? They came out to our property the next day and fixing it. No problem. I'm going to say that good customer service saved us here. If Mike hadn't been so responsive, we'd be in small claims court. So happy for the staff at Camping World Jacksonville and Mike on the sales team. I'll roast a marshmallow for you! 🔥
