    Aylin, in Florida City provided excellent customer service ,very attentive and patient, even when she was sometimes working alone with no support. I went in person to renew. The rest of the staff was also very attentive. Although I had a great experience with the car, the price wasn’t ideal. They should lower their prices; there’s strong competition out there. I had it for one month and one day, as I was looking for a car to purchase. Still, the Highlander is very good.

    Gabby at the S Dixie Hwy location was amazing. I was in a bit of a jam when the RV suffered a flat tire. I walked in 7 minutes prior to closing and she got me going with a smile. Outstanding customer service from Start to Finish. If there was a poster child for Customer Service it should be Gabby. Above and Beyond! Got me on my way in no time.

    They are always helping making sure I am satisfied in every way . I been renting from them like 3 years consistently because I travel for work and they put me on deals as well. I thank you Enterprise and staff keep up the good work..

    Historically this was a good branch but my experience today was a disaster. Staff not properly trained, cars had issues and ultimately I left and booked at the enterprise nearby.
