  I had a great experience with this dealership. I found the car I wanted online, called & told them I didn’t want to waste time once I got there- all the #s they told me over the phone matched up with what they told me when I got there and I left an hour later in my new car. Paster, Angelo & Marcelo were great to work with.

  Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I kept being reassured that they are legit and would not sale bad vehicles to anyone. Well I purchased an escalade from them that has electrical issues as well as no clear title in order to get a tag which leaves me a month of having a vehicle I now have a car note for that has electrical issues and cant buy a tag due to unclear title. When u call any of their phone numbers, you can never get transferred directly to an individual, the call is directed to a voice-mail that hasn't been set up yet. No matter who you are calling, also the person supposedly at the dmv named Valeria working for them never answers nor is her voice-mail set up. This whole business with Angelo and Dawrin is a gimmick and they sell vehicles falsely stating nothing is wrong but in actuality they are lemons but leaving us as customers with a car note and stuck coming out of pocket trying to fix these lemons of vehicles. Do not buy anything from any Car factory outlet.

  Read the reviews and look them up on bbb and stay away During the test drive, the ABS light, and other lights were on. I asked the salesman, Pablo, what they meant, and he told me it was “just a sensor” and that a mechanic would check it when we returned. I waited 3–4 hours at the dealership while they moved the car, leading me to believe repairs were made. When I was leaving, the lights were still on. Pablo told me they would go away once I drove and that the car was fine. Within 2 days, the car began making brake-like noises. Concerned for safety, I sought diagnostics. On my third attempt, I paid $50 and was told the car needed two wheel bearings ($760). I informed the dealership. Manager Camal asked me to send the invoice but stopped answering calls or emails. Every time I called, I was told he was “in a meeting” or he did not answer his extension. I drove the car for one week before returning it for a diagnostic report. The dealership kept it for a week, then told me to pick it up even though the same mechanical issue remained. Just three days later, the car began smelling like smoke, and all the warning lights came back on. I had it diagnosed again, and when I reached out to Camal, he ignored me for an entire week. During that time, the car was parked until I filed a claim with the lienholder. Since then, I have returned the vehicle. Had I read honest reviews beforehand, I would have never purchased from Car Factory.
