I want to say that i am very big on professionalism and representation (business wise ) if you are just a broker or just a marketing agent no matter what customer satisfaction is always key, and a lot of people do not value that when it comes to business now a days. i spoke to a young man representing this company and explained a situation of trauma dealing with a previous dealership which who i am now in a civil case with because many cars dealers' scam and this is not spoken on enough so due to past trauma with a dealership it is common as a human to be skeptical and ask more questions as well as i work hard for my money so if you are saying you can assist me with something and I'm asking detailed questions they should be no frustration from the other party being to the fact ' this is your job' i have had many bad days as a business owner but customer service is very important. Alot of people don't value service just money hungry .. be careful as a customer never let them feel like you need them more than they need your business as well. the young man kind of rubbed me off the wrong way by how he handled the situation and pretty much told me go elsewhere or deal with someone else and accused me of trying to argue when i was only trying to clarify if you tell me a certain price guaranteed then i get there its more than 1k more than what i a spoke about then that 'price is not guaranteed'. That is misleading and not accurate information to tell someone who just explained their trauma from past experience even if you are uneased as a person who represents a business you still are supposed to hold your professionalism. That shoes heartless money hungry behavior then proceeds to say ' people who usually debates he tells them it's probably not a good sign' which is false judgment and defamation of character.
