I went to go trade my RV in and upgrade to a bigger one and twice they saved me from buying a lemon by having their inspection crew look over EVERY nook and cranny of the rigs they brought in and straight up told me twice that they couldn't in good conscience sell me two different RVs because of problems they found that the other dealerships didn't list or tell us about. They moved a lot of stuff around and ultimately got me my Holiday Rambler diesel pusher, an absolute gem of a unit. They actually care about you, and will refuse to sell you a bad unit, which gave me more confidence to go through my upgrade with them. They even paid off the full value of my trade in RV as well.

I’m not going to read into the why and how…All I know is, I had it when I brought it in to them, and now I don’t have it and the Camping World staff doesn’t seem to gather a reason why they need to be responsible for it remedying it. All I’m left with is, it’s not their problem and they are not capable or willing to deal with it. The service manager said he would take care of it which is fair because things happen but as soon as he turned his back and delegated it to the parts guy that was supposed to order it, he doesn’t have any answers other than call a number, order and pay it yourself. Right is right, and this just wrong.
