  We were quite late in booking a rental car, but these guys saved us. Although there were no cars available initially, the operator said they would let us know if a new car became available. We didn't have much hope, but they found a car for us and even gave us a car of a higher class. Plus, the prices were lower than their competitors. We are very happy with the efficiency of the staff and the service.

  In my experience, I rented a Toyota Sienna, they never release my security deposit, I called them and told me that I should call my bank. So you know, be careful when you pretend to rent a Sienna here.

  I rented a car here while vacationing in Florida and was advised by the desk clerk that the toll fee can be added at the end to avoid high toll fee charge. On the day of returning the car, I was asked to wait in the lobby so the clerk can process the payment on my credit card. Off I went thinking that they would process the agreed toll fee($60) and car rental fee, but turned out they never added the toll fee and I was charged separately $103 for toll fee.
