  Bought a 2025 keystone 360mbi, that they had taken delivery in Feb 25, but failed to follow lipperts policy on units delivered in the winter months, that deals with removing all the road deicer/salt. We'll after sitting on there lot for 6 months, now the entire undercarriage is covered in rust, the propane line is so heavily rusted it is pitted and should be replaced, the leveling jacks are also pitted, all the slide out adjusters and gears are rusted to the point they may need to be taken apart to get them clean. I confronted the sales person about addressing this pre delivery, needless to say they did at least spray it off. Have contacted them twice about what they plan to do. Both times was told service management would get back with me in a couple hours, it has been over a week and still no call. Contacted keystone/lippert with pictures, there stand that it is a 100% dealer caused issue and needs to be addressed under dealer warranty. Iam at the point of turning it over to a attorney and let him deal with camping world. Up date 11-20-25, actually drover over there to see service manager Dennis, the one that stated he would call back in two hours, and never did, 8 days later drove over, they claim he was off the lot, left a note to call me, still has not called. This has the feeling that in order to get them to do the right thing is going to end up in a court room.

  Stopped in for propane and they discovered a leak in a connection. A technician, Marty, looked at it and tightened the fitting which fixed the problem in less than a minute! Outstanding customer service! Thank you Gulf Breeze FL Camping World for being a friend and helping hand to a traveler!

  We went to purchase our retirement dream. Paid $100,000 for a motor home. Spent 9 hours waiting on everything and 30 minutes doing a walk around. I know why now. Next day found out the auto level was unplugged. Found out they were bent and wouldn’t retract. A couple of other small issues also. Called them several times before anyone would talk to me. They told me once I take it off the lot it was my responsibility to pay and fixed it. Very unprofessional and no respect. I spent 20 years in the military and this is how they treat them. I have even emailed them and still respond. Pitiful ,

  My parents wanted to stop in to see if they could find an RV that better suits their needs and Theresa did a great job helping them. She is very knowledgeable about RVs. My first impression was she is a kind, smart, genuine person. My parents are old and can be a handful when it comes to major purchases. Theresa was patient and understanding of their needs.   True professionals. At delay tactics, avoiding communication, and other techniques to make the experience unforgettably miserable. They've had my unit all summer and continue their techniques. What started out as an insurance claim, has turned into a very unexcusable experience. Do not depend on their word for anything. It's trained into them.
