    On vacation in Florida. Went in to buy a water valve for my toilet which broke and should be under warranty they said you have to bring camper in and leave it for a two minute replacement so I just purchased the valve they charged me $70.00 for part with good Sam’s discount. Got back to campground put part on. looked part up on internet $12.00 Amazon. Be careful they are very over priced

    Just left this place. Walked in as a potential buyer for a toy hauler. Have never in my life as a potential buyer been treated as rudely as I was today. Salesman wanted to check me into their system with my name and phone number before he would take me on the lot to view campers. I told him I wasn’t comfortable leaving my number but would give him my name. He asks a very rude guy in an office if he would allow me on the lot without giving my number, I proceeded to explain why I wasn’t comfortable giving my number and was told “you don’t need to be in here I’m on a conference call”. Yessir, ; you you got it ! I will never spend another dollar with these people. And they don’t know that I purchased a brand new RV from them about 4 years ago and recently sold it and was looking to purchase something else…. I will take my money where it is welcomed warmly…. STAY AWAY !

    I just helped my parents buy a Class A RV here and what a wonderful experience. We worked with Mark and he was absolutely amazing in every way. Though this was our first time looking for an RV, I buy 15+ vehicles per year for a company so I am used to dealerships, but this place was great. The manager, finance and even store associates...all were incredibly nice and very genuine. They were so patient and even worked after hours to help us out. They took great care of my parents.

    Bought a 2025 keystone 360mbi, that they had taken delivery in Feb 25, but failed to follow lipperts policy on units delivered in the winter months, that deals with removing all the road deicer/salt. We'll after sitting on there lot for 6 months, now the entire undercarriage is covered in rust, the propane line is so heavily rusted it is pitted and should be replaced, the leveling jacks are also pitted, all the slide out adjusters and gears are rusted to the point they may need to be taken apart to get them clean. I confronted the sales person about addressing this pre delivery, needless to say they did at least spray it off. Have contacted them twice about what they plan to do. Both times was told service management would get back with me in a couple hours, it has been over a week and still no call. Contacted keystone/lippert with pictures, there stand that it is a 100% dealer caused issue and needs to be addressed under dealer warranty. Iam at the point of turning it over to a attorney and let him deal with camping world. Up date 11-20-25, actually drover over there to see service manager Dennis, the one that stated he would call back in two hours, and never did, 8 days later drove over, they claim he was off the lot, left a note to call me, still has not called. This has the feeling that in order to get them to do the right thing is going to end up in a court room.
