If you're looking for rude, inconsiderate, lying people to treat you bad, look no further. The absolute worst customer service of any dealership I've been to. I could write a book with reasons to avoid this place. The service department is worthless which we already knew. The salesman I dealt with yesterday was a jerk. I was looking to buy my 3rd truck from that dealership. If the salesman are rude, just use your imagination for the rest of the staff and you nailed it. I'm sure there are 1 or 2 exceptions on the lot that might be polite. I bought 2 trucks from them and I'll never go back. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else! I was never warned, now you have been. Buy online and cut out the dealership altogether.

I live in Tampa (about 90 miles from the dealership). I spoke to Ryan (the sales guy) a couple times on the phone before I went to visit. He was trustworthy and knowledgeable. When I went to test drive a Genesis GV70, he was friendly and helpful. Dan (the finance guy) was extremely helpful in helping me find the right auto loan. I would not hesitate to drive 90 miles to the dealership to buy another car from there.

Kobe is 5 stars! Awesome service advisor. Went above and beyond and dug deep into the details on my contract to get my exhaust manifold repaired. I wish I could say the same for the place in general. Trying to get in contact with anyone here is like pulling teeth and now they have this automated AI they use instead of providing actual customer service. You literally have to stop in person to hear from anyone. You will go days without contact back from anyone sometimes. Getting any time of repairs approved under warranty is such a hustle. Be considerate of your paying customers time and life!

I will say this dealership was great with working with my budget and getting me at a price range I could afford, which I’m extremely grateful for. However, the car i initially was going to look at and called to make sure was available had sold the day before, I was told I was getting a lifetime power train warranty when it wasn’t possible, and was told my car would be detailed before I picked it up but it was not.

Spent a few days working with Steve. This is a very nice man, professional, easy to work with and pleasant. I spent over a decade in the Auto Industry and it is very difficult for me to have even a decent experience at a dealership (for obvious reasons) but I had a great experience at Leesburg CJD working with Steve. We were unable to agree on terms to finalize a deal, but that happens. Not Steve's fault or the dealerships. The sales manager involved in our negotiation was Jorden Hayes and he was as congenial as could possibly be, straightforward with numbers and we got pretty close to making a deal. In the end, I would recommend ignoring the Google rating for the dealership, giving them an opportunity and asking for Steve if anyone is in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle.
