- NSNicky SirisompongJun 29, 20252.0Overall the experience was weird. The boat was a bit slow but otherwise fine. The office is extremely unsanitary. In the first room to the left where we did paperwork there were things all over the floor as well as a weird smell. In one of the rooms in the center of the shop was a large dog just staring at us (assuming it is the workers). The vibes were just very weird. Super super dirty stained couch. Filthy to put it lightly. Whoever does all the phone calls had constant attitude no matter when we called. The only one who did a half decent job was the girl in the front. We have rented multiple pontoons before as we are locals but the deck hand did not even help us move things on the boat which they normally always do. We always tip our deck hand but unfortunately did not today because we did all the work ourselves and when we came back to dock the boat nobody was there. We had to call multiple times before we could even reach anyone. And when we left they claimed we never paid, we assumed they used the card on file because we were not asked to pay whenever we signed all the paperwork. Again we have rented from many places before and it has never been like this. It’s like they say you get what you pay for. I would recommend you all to rent from another company, I promise it is worth paying more. It only gets 2 stars because the boat was okay.
