  I'm not familiar with other Tommy's Express Car Wash locations, but this one always has the absolute kindest, politest, attentive and most helpful team of any car wash in Fort Walton Veach. Every encounter with an is a positive experience. They are usually sporting a smile and certainly exhibiting appreciation for me as a customer.

  Let me start by saying this is pretty much your typical drive-thru car wash. Does it get your vehicle completely sparkling clean, not really but it does a pretty good job. However, what sets this one apart is the staff! I went this past weekend to get a car wash and I have the prepaid but it was not picking up my license plate. The young man, and I'm sorry I didn't get his name, that came over to assist was very friendly/helpful. Between him and the person working the window they were able to get it figured out ASAP. Then yesterday I noticed a piece of trim was missing off the side of my car. I thought perhaps it happened when I went through the car wash. I called today and had the pleasure of speaking to Mark. He was so wonderful from the time he answered the phone all the way through to the end. He was very pleasant, answered the phone that way, kind and helpful. Unfortunately these days that doesn't tend to happen much when calling a business. It just made me smile because it was not only amazing customer service but It seemed like he genuinely is a nice person, likes and cares about his job, or at least doesn't hate it. So, shout out to you MARK for being so nice and pleasant! Thank you! I hope you continue to be that chipper/accommodating to all the customers you encountered and to hopefully impress them the way you did me. I am a firm believer that you get back what you give out, good ole Karma and for you I hope you are receiving that or will be. Have a Very Blessed Thanksgiving!

  My experience at Tommy's Car Wash was a tale of two visits, ending in profound disappointment. My initial visit on November 5th was positive. I purchased "The Works" package and was pleased when the employee offered a promotional free month of unlimited washes. I received my wash and left, expecting to be a returning customer. I returned a week later and redeemed my free wash without issue. However, when I returned on November 22nd, the experience completely soured. The employee at the window was immediately dismissive and rude, insisting no such promo was linked to my number and that I was ineligible because I had a subscription earlier in the year—despite my receipt clearly showing a month of unlimited washes starting November 4th. I was asked to pull over to the vacuum station to wait while the issue was resolved. What I expected to be a 5-minute wait turned into a 30-minute ordeal with zero communication. After half an hour of sitting ignored, I called the Tommy's car wash phone number to avoid holding up the line. The same rude employee answered and admitted she hadn't even looked up my account because they were "busy." She then proceeded to criticize me and outright refuse to honor the promo, repeating the same incorrect excuses. Due to this unprofessionalism, refusal to honor their promotion, and the complete lack of customer care, I will not be returning. While other staff have been fine, the female employee on duty November 22nd represents the company poorly and needs retraining.

  First off, the service was exceptional. Kam was super friendly and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, walking me through the best options for my vehicle. I sincerely wish there was a location in Pensacola because this wash truly impressed me. The cleaning quality was outstanding—it handled tough grime and left my car sparkling, cleaning better than all the other washes I've been to lately in the area. The equipment and attention to detail here are clearly superior. If I am ever in the area again, I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this spot!
