  Horrible customer service!! The tech that came out from the Fort Walton Beach, FL. office to replace my windshield in my Land Rover, tore a gash in the dash right in front of the steering wheel. We called the company and was advised to send pics of the damage in an email. After sending the email with the picture's of the damage caused by the tech, we received a phone call from someone there saying they were sending their warranty tech out to take more pics of the tear. The tech that came out to take more pictures, said that the tear in the dash appeared to be done by one of the tools they use to separate the windshield from the frame itself. He advised my husband to call and get a quote and email it to his manager, Jessie, at which we did. We had the dealership we bought the truck from (brand new) email us the quote to replace the part that was damaged. We emailed that quote to the store manager, Jessie Matthew’s at the Fort Walton Beach office. After a few days, he emailed back advising they were not paying for the part replacement his tech damaged, but offered to have it “ reupholstered” Through one of his preferred companies. We told him this was an 80k dollar truck that didn’t come with a patched up dash and we wanted the damaged part caused by his tech, replaced at the dealership we purchased the vehicle from. That email took place 5 days ago and Jessie will not reply back to any of the emails that has been sent since then, nor will he return our calls!. Our next step is contacting corporate and our insurance company that uses Safelite!! I wouldn’t have left one star if that would’ve been an option.

  Aaron was a great technician and communicated throughout the entire process. He validated the wrong windshield was ordered and arranged for the correct windshield to be ordered. He took great care with the task and cleaned up after. I would request him to service any of my high end vehicles.

  Great experience! Easy to schedule online. Communication was excellent. Our installation tech, Jordan, communicated well, was punctual, professional, friendly, and his workmanship was top tier. He came to our home and replaced our broken windshield on our Wrangler. Highly recommend Safelite!

  Had a badly cracked windshield. It was very easy to set up an appointment that worked for my schedule and after the work was done it looked great and I’m very happy with their Fort Walton Beach location. Great job guys and keep up the good work!!

  Trash Service!!!!!!! MY car is broken and unsafe now! They tell you that they have a guarantee on their work, however they will just tell you that everything they break is just a coincidence. You take your 2020 Telluride in and when you leave, your high beams don't work. And that's all I have found yet, but how do you test the collision safety features on your own? Just guess I need to wait until a deer runs out in front of me. I was actually siting in the location and heard another customer go through this process of being told it's all a big coincidence. Do your best to avoid this place at all costs. When I called, the receptionist said she had worked there for six months and she hadn't seen anyone come in with this problem and have it resolved. I appreciate her honesty. The manager didn't have the same honesty when I spoke with him. Your responses on here really show how much your business doesn’t care at all. What a joke this shop owner and his team are.
