I’ve already been back a few times to use the Lexus Reserve Program, which is an amazing perk for EV owners. Not only do you get a complimentary gas-powered loaner when your EV is in for service or maintenance, but you can also request a gas loaner if you’re planning a long road trip and prefer not to stop multiple times to charge. That benefit alone makes EV ownership feel truly effortless. Every time I’ve worked with KC Meade, she has been extremely helpful, organized, professional, and very easy to work with. I’ve been in the hospitality business for over 18 years, so I know passion and genuine customer service when I see it — and KC delivers that naturally. Her communication, organization, and personal touch make the experience smooth and stress-free. I never go to a dealership for help and this is why. THANKFULLY. I JUST ORDERED BRAND NEW ONES OFF EBAY AND INSTALLED THEM IN 20 MINUTES. So instead of paying you guys to do it, ( which I couldn’t even get a quote on they had to write my name down and go “ walk down stairs “ to give it to the service department… ) It frustrated me enough to just do it myself! Isn’t that amazing? AVOID AVOID AVOID. Just pay for the parts online instead of 200$ a bulb and do the labor yourself or go elsewhere. This was a headache just trying to do businesss with you guys.
