They aren’t inexpensive unless you compare them to the dealership. The most important thing is you know they do the work they charge you for correctly and quickly.

- CHChris HayJun 11, 20241.0Total scam! I took my Mercedes sprinter to Sprinter city to have the check engine light diagnosed. Upon diagnosis they said quoted me $11,798 for general repairs or $10,771 for repairs needing immediate attention. I said no thanks, I'll take it somewhere else. Then they said my van wouldn't start and the starter motor would need to be replaced. (the van driving totally fine when I brought it in, never had an issue starting it before) So basically I couldn't get my van back until I paid them for a new starter motor. I was forced to pay it. Or they offered me a crazy low ball amount (around $9000) to sell it to them. Long story short, the van just had a leaking DEF line (didn't need an entire new DEF system like they said). I bought the parts for a couple hundred bucks and replaced it myself. The van ran perfectly again and I later sold it for $19,500 which was still less than it's book value. Do not take your van here!
