I have repeatedly called to get an update on my unit, but I am consistently told that Tucker is either unavailable, out to lunch, or not on-site. This is a stark contrast to the experience I had when I purchased the unit, which was completely different. Unfortunately, I now regret choosing to purchase the unit from this company.

- MCmatthew conteOct 19, 20251.0Do not go to this dealership go to General RV right down the road. The RV they showed me was filthy / had multiple broken issues and it was supposed to be New. If you are showing someone a piece of equipment, I would suggest cleaning it up a little making it presentable to the customer. I Went to General Rv down the street fort piece and then West palm, and Wow what a difference, you can just feel inside, smells new, looks like new even the 2022 we looked at, you can tell they take pride in their equipment. I will be purchasing from General RV I highly recommend anyone reading this just check them out before you go here !
