Couldn’t be more grateful of a great company. Service department is amazing, very expensive but for the RVer that wants to be hands off of all Maint and repairs, this is the spot. Also if traveling you can always pull into one of their locations and stay for the night

Do NOT get your hopes up!!! It’s a shame that this Camping World Sales Team turned out to have poor communication skills. My husband and I were on vacation in Ft. Pierce, Fl the last week of 2025. While in Ft. Pierce we needed a few camping supplies. We decided to shop at Camping World, especially since they had a big New Years sale going on. No big deal, we were in & out quickly before the end of the year. A few days later on New Year’s Day, we decided to go back into Camping World and check out some used Class A’s. We’ve only owned 5th Wheels and thought we could be persuaded to purchase something different. We were introduced to Austin (Sales/Finance Manager), who was very nice. Austin introduced us to Anthony (a nice salesman), who showed us a few options. At first, we walked through a few units but didn’t like those options. Anthony then took us to a 2016 Holiday Rambler. It was really nice! This unit sat on the Camping World (Ft. Pierce, Fl lot) lot on consignment. Anthony told us the listing price and we decided to put in an offer. Camping World told us that the owner had declined a specific bid that someone had recently placed on that unit, so we knew we would have to go higher. So our offer was higher than the last, but still a little lower than the “asking price”. All of this happened on Thursday January 01, 2026. Again, we were finishing up a 2 week holiday and we would be leaving Florida on Saturday January 3, 2026. We understood that it may be Monday, January 5, 2026 before Camping World would have a reply from the owner of that unit. Monday went by with no contact from Camping World about our offer. Then Tuesday, January 6, 2026 came and finally a call from our salesman Anthony. Unfortunately, Anthony had some long story that the CW in Ft. Myers had some kind of hold on this unit. No big deal. Today is Wednesday January 6, 2026 and we still haven’t received any updated information regarding our offer through Camping World. We are not upset because it’s apparent that this purchase is not going to happen. But…in today’s economy, we are totally shocked that Camping World has NOT kept up with any “due diligence” in trying to sell either this unit to us or….perhaps another unit to us. Normally we would say it’s nice to have a “non-pushy” salesman but we are totally baffled by this company’s lack of communication by the Sales team. In this case, I believe that we should be “thankful” for unanswered prayers. It simply wasn’t meant for us to purchase this or any other unit from Camping World in Fort Pierce, Fl. We sincerely appreciate the nice conversation we had with Austin and appreciate the time Anthony took in showing us a few used Class A’s. But again, it’s almost comical in trying to purchase a unit at this Camping World location. We were however, able to purchase two sets of Queen Short sheet-sets (which are sometimes hard to find) for our current RV during their New Years sale. This store location does offer a good selection on your everyday camping supplies but their “Sales Department” fell short of a reasonable potential sale.

Couldn’t dump here! Sean Bock didn’t explain why the emergency tire membership didn’t show up. He saw only our emergency roadside service. Even though we have these two memberships current (only one showed up HE said 😂), he said we couldn’t dump. We’d have to stop then and renew Good Sam membership. No courtesy dump? Nope, have to stop NOW and renew our membership NOW to dump (expired in Dec. he said) when we have to get back on the road to get to our destination. We decided we didn’t want to renew with SEAN BOCK. This is our third(ish) stop at a Camping World ever to dump on the road. In Oklahoma they said they don’t check memberships even. Camping World needs consistency. It couldn’t hurt to have kinder salespeople to help people out on their way. We decided NOT to purchase here because of Sean Bock’s customer service. The receptionists couldn’t help. We will get a Good Sam membership at a kinder location with more courtesy.

Malas experiencias.
