Called Volvo of Fort Merrs and though it was 3:00 pm, they told me to come right over. Met me and took my car to service area immediately because I was worried that if I shut it off it wouldn’t start. A little over an hour later they had installed a new battery and had my car washed and ready to go! And then Jackie, one of the service advisors told me my warranty covered all the charges. I didn’t owe a dime! Great service. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Five stars from me!

Was looking at the same vehicle at another dealership and it was $4k more and was a loaner. The internet salesperson contacted me about thirty minutes later. Returned the phone call and Carlos took my questions. Nate got back to me within a few hours about my questions. Told them what vehicle I had and what price OTD. No haggle and awesome customer service. I drove six hours and the team waited u til I got there even it was close to closing time and had the paperwork ready for me. There were not trucks and a great experience. I have been doing car buying like this for a few years now. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you again for making the deal happen.
- RPR PDec 16, 20251.0I had an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation done here and immediately after driving off the lot, multiple warning lights came on and my car started squealing loudly. I took it back and was told my alternator was failing, even though I had zero issues before service. Communication was terrible. I was promised calls, emails, a quote, and my maintenance records, and never received any of them. Management never returned my calls. On my way back the next day, my dashboard lights flickered and my steering locked up, leaving me stranded. The dealership refused to help with a tow. I had to use AAA and take my car to an independent mechanic, who found the belt tensioner was broken, the belt had come off, and the alternator was completely fine. They also found a possible oil leak that Volvo never mentioned. Rude staff, misdiagnosis, lack of accountability, and unsafe conditions. I’ve had great experiences at other Volvo dealerships, but this location is not trustworthy. I would avoid McGrath Volvo Fort Myers.
