  Volvo of Fort Myers employees are amazing. They make sure that you are well taken care of. I highly recommend their service department. I have been bringing my Volvo here for service for many years . I absolutely enjoy bringing my car in for service because the employees are so friendly and welcoming .

  I would not recommend buying from this dealership. If possible, I would give zero stars. The only reason I am giving one star is because they eventually repaired my bumper at no charge and provided us with a vehicle to use while my car was being fixed. The “loaner” vehicle they gave us was actually a used Subaru that was listed for sale. It already had a small crack in the windshield that my father did not notice at first. The crack grew larger during the day, and the next day they charged my father for it even though he never signed any paperwork and was not responsible for the damage. We are also missing copies of documents that should have been provided to us. When my car was finished being repaired, I even received notifications from the VW app showing that my car had been left unlocked in their lot. The dealership felt very unprofessional and careless with customers’ vehicles. I drove almost two hours with my mother to test drive and possibly buy a 2024 Golf GTI. The online price was a little over $31,000, but when we sat down after the test drive the price suddenly jumped to nearly $36,000 with added fees that were never mentioned before. They also tried to charge for “reconditioning” the bumper even though they had already said they would fix it the night before when we called the dealership. There were additional fees such as “Volvo Care,” which made no sense for a Volkswagen. The financing numbers also kept changing. The APR was originally expected to be around 4%, but they came back with almost 8%. The monthly payment estimates kept shifting, and we had to repeatedly push back on the pricing and fees. After a long negotiation and speaking with the manager, they finally agreed to fix the bumper without charging us. What should have been a quick process ended up taking nearly five hours. After the purchase, we also discovered the car had cheap non-Volkswagen wiper blades and the oil filter installed during service was not even the correct one. Because of this, I recommend that anyone who buys a vehicle here have it fully inspected elsewhere. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and unfortunately it was a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend that other buyers be cautious and carefully review all pricing, fees, and service work if they decide to purchase from this dealership.

  Update: I was told by management that they will discount labor to fix the AC. Purchased a used truck from Volvo of Ft Myers. Should have listened to my gut feeling at the time but lesson learned. Everything was going smoothly during the sales process but I know now they had to of knowingly sold me a lemon. Now I'm facing $10k in repairs and I've only had it a month and I've lost my vehicle that was operating fine as I traded it in. On top of that the used car sales manger Brashar verbally harrased and used profanity towards me on speaker phone in front of witnesses. He is also so professional that he smokes illegal Marijuana out his office window while playing sleazy music videos. Absolutely horrible experience that had and has me in tears. Buyers beware do not purchase from the used car lot as they take advantage of people and are truly unprofessional.

  I had a wonderful experience at the dealership service department. I brought my vehicle in for repairs using my extended warranty, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Jim was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all of the warranty details were handled properly. I truly appreciated his professionalism and communication. A big thank you as well to the service technicians who worked on my vehicle. The repairs were completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s clear there’s a strong team behind the scenes.

  Beware of the trustworthiness of the people at this dealership. To make a long story short, the service dept told me I had defective Pirelli tires. Volvo service said I had metal showing on two tires with only 20k miles. Volvo was handling the claim for two tires and Volvo would work on refunding for the other two. Since the Volvo Service told me I had defective tires I had to buy 4 new tires costing me $1500. After repeated calls, which no one returned, I wrote a poor review. Finally someone called me from Volvo. They do not want to give me a refund, as promised, he just wants me to remove my review. I am reasonable, I should at least get half of the money I spent to replace the tires as I drove on the others for a year. Now after 6-7 months, he is saying Pirelli said my tires were not defective. I replied, that is not the point, nor can I really believe them at this point. The Volvo service tech told me I had defective tires, so I replaced them. I trusted Volvo. Needless to say, they have done nothing except call to ask me to take the post down. So no change in their service. They are only concerned about the poor review and not resolving the problem or honoring what was told to a customer. There is no way a 1 year old XC90 should have metal showing on good, quality tires. So either the Service guy lied or the tires were defective. But either way, I spent $1,547 to replace the tires on a still new vehicle and Volvo is taking no responsibility. They just want the review down. So, I would suggest you NOT go to this dealership.
