    I purchased a 2022 GMC Acadia from Sam Galloway ford November 11th. I was very happy with our sales guy who took me on the test drive, had the car detailed for me and handled all the paperwork. Unfortunately on my drive back home, when I made a left hand turn, the indicator light flashed faster than normal and an “ indicator failure “ message came up on my dash. ( during the test drive we only made right hand turns) I contacted Sam Galloway and was informed to bring it in maybe a light bulb needed changing. I took the car to the service department where it was looked at and I was informed the module needed replacing and they would call me once it was in. Two weeks and 3 emails later, I managed to get an email explaining it was not covered by the extended warranty!! The vehicle has a “Blue Advantage” inspection checklist where all boxes are checked “passed.” I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and complete disregard in correcting this issue.

    Terrible experience. Matt the sales guy 5 star excellent guy, we were buying a F150 Shelby and trying to establish credit for a new company, we went in with $70,000 down and their finance department could get deal done. So we went to another dealer (Wayne Aker Ford) the other dealer got the deal done with Ford. The following day I get a call from Rich (Galloway sales manager) who was clearly aggregated. After I spoke to him, obviously they contacted Ford and complained. I have now verified for Ford everything they asked, but what a terrible way to handle losing a sale. I did also by a F150 Black Ops from Galloway Ford in 2023, however after this experience they will never get my business again and I recommend everyone seek alternative dealers elsewhere. The above is my opinion.

    I try never to leave a negative response, but my wife and I drove forty five minutes from pine island. Was caught in traffic, g p s showed we were fifteen minutes late. So we called prior to our appointment and let them know We will be a few minutes behind due to traffic. They canceled our appointment. Was going to look at a new truck while we were there. We'll be going to a different dealership now. This was our first experience, was not impressed with customer service in service. Not mad, just disappointed.

    This could have been a five star visit but, Gary had to go and mess it up for everyone. I had never gotten a vehicle serviced here and I had become lost on the premises. I was redirected from sales to the main service area, from the main service area to the quick lane area which is a separate building altogether. I saw all red X's and the word Exit lit up...as I'm thinking how do I get in there? I drove ahead and made the left into a parking lot and another left and was on the opposite side of the driveway. I put my driver side window down, look at the older and I said I don't know where I'm supposed to be going. He looked past me as if he didn't work there. So I parked in a handicap spot to my right. My daughter and I get out of the car and the same guy that didn't see me when I was in my car is now asking me "Are you here for service?" I say yes. He motioned for us to stay there and then he goes for the clipboard. He starts walking back and forth almost frantically. By this time, we had been waiting for this guy to either come over with the clipboard or say you can head inside...something. He completely ignores us. So I said let's go over here and see what we need to do. As we cross the street, a different employee asks "do you need help?" I said yes. Where do I go for service? Before he can answer me, the other guy who pretended not to see us, then spoke to us, only to ignore us...denies ever even speaking to us at any point. Denies that I spoke to him and says he thought I was having a conversation with my daughter when I initially spoke to him. That was Gary. Scary Gary did not a first good impression make. Mike aka Manager Mike not only listened to my concerns about Gary but he reassured me that he would personally speak to Gary about the issue. Get it together Gary! Mrs. Diane was my service provider. She got me in and out in less than an hour and still went over recommended services and the such. I told Mrs. Diane that if I came back, she would be the reason why.
