  Despite 4 appointments I still do not have a replacement windshield. The first time the technician didn’t show up they use the excuse they didn’t have my address or telephone number, despite having made the appointment in person at their shop during the first appointment. Then the second time the technician did not show up they said the technician didn’t even have my windshield glass. I guess they never thought to tell me or cancel the appointment? I’m not quite sure what is going on however I still do not have a windshield.

  Excellent service and it was on a Saturday quick and easy.....well done guys just remember to inform the customer that the windshield will be clear and not tinted if tint is in the original windshield.

  Technician was extremely friendly however unfortunately he installed the windshield incorrectly as the VIN number is obscured by the new windshield. Therefore, I had to go back to the Safelite Naples location to get this corrected.

  Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and operational reliability at Safelite. Over the course of two scheduled appointments, technicians failed to arrive both times, resulting in more than 10 hours of wasted time waiting with no proactive communication or updates. The local shop and manager have been effectively unreachable, and I have spent over an hour on the phone with customer service simply trying to obtain basic information about my service status. This breakdown in scheduling, accountability, and communication reflects a serious customer service and management issue, and raises concerns about how Safelite values its customers’ time and business. Update - Safelite randomly picked my 3rd appointment time without any apologies or explanation, zero confidence in their ability to show up this time. Best answer they have is for me to call them again, the phone works both ways.

  Placing the order was easy effortlessly technician commented. He was 5 minutes out, came, got the key serviced it within an hour, was done and left upon completion of the surface. I found out that they did not replace the wipers as originally planned on my agreement, I called customer service They said.\n I have to call the local office. They don't have that on the record. I said, I have the email that proves it. Would you like it? And she hung up on me. I called the local office number, which transferred me back into the corporate customer service area. She said, oh, I'm sorry. I have to get you to the local technician. I said, no, nobody's answering the phone I dialed the local number and I got this one. I'm not happy. I have the email confirmation from my original order showing that I upgraded for a charge of $64 for my wipers to be changed. I have the text message confirmation from the pre authorization charge on my credit card. For the $64 for blades for the upcharge and the morning of I received a text confirmation. With the service order again showing the wipers. So I'm not understanding when I call you, you don't see this order.\n I was not charged to $64, but that's not the issue. The issues I originally asked for a service and did not receive it. So I do not recommend this company because they cannot read their service tickets.
