- TTTomOct 29, 20255.0Mix up about when the Fort Myers Fowler location opens as the internet specifies 8:00 AM and the original conversation was scheduled for 7:00 AM. We arrived about 7 minutes till and none seem to be there. Light showed from under partially ajar door, but none else. We decided to go with the internet time figuring a call service didn't know correctly. Internet also suggested it would take about 4 hours so we went back home to collect my cycle. Return to find the place popping, and our appointment now missed. This is now a Monday for me or I go somewhere else. The gentleman that was there ar 7 worked olit out in Cape Coral ar 10:00 AM same day. So a small set back handled. I would like to speak for the staff who handled the problems; the problems need solved by corporate. Internet information to start and the text messaging along with email communication both came only after the 10:00 AM appointment was over. So, fix both, internet and the automated confirmations. Provided photos clearly shows my appointment communication coming after the second reschedule appointment. You're staff are expected to do the best, make sure to give them the tools necessary to achieve your expectations, do better, Safelite corporate.
