My aunt picked up her car literally two days later and in the same day it made the same EXACT NOISE!!! My cousin tried to call and speak with Kevin the manager and he hung on her (TWICE) and aggressively kept cutting her off as if it was their fault!!! If they went in for one problem to be address, why would you fix something else then try to charge her more money for the issue she came in for!?????? Inhumane business practice and they should be ashamed!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MECHANIC SHOP! They are crooks and refuse to admit their mistake! Why would you tell her you could fix the part, have her pay and order it, only to return her car with the same issue she originally brought it in for, still unresolved? We are furious because she paid $880 and he said he will not work on her car threatening to call the police when they have been so nice and respectful this whole time despite being screwed over! They never asked for a refund but for the service they asked for to be fixed!!! That should be fair! Especially when it is still unresolved to this day

They needed a specific issue fixed on the vehicle & brought it to Lester's to fix that issue. Kevin the owner took it upon himself to fix a different issue that was not communicated w my family instead of just fixing what it was brought there for. So at the end of all this, my family's car still didn't get fixed for what it was originally brought in for & when Kevin was confronted about it he had an attitude, would not own up to his mistake, wouldn't do anything to fix the problem, & then told my family to take their car elsewhere. This is not the 1st time we've had an issue w this shop but I always believe in 2nd chances, unfortunately Kevin blew it & there will be no more chances.
